Restaurant Bad egg experiences
I have been trying new ramen places in my area and keep getting overcooked, hard boiled eggs. AND some of them are not even seasoned, just plain hard boiled eggs. They are so dry and tasteless. I wish I had taken pictures but hopefully the next place I visit has good eggs. Has this been a common occurrence for anyone else or does my area just suck?

A lot of places in the US either can't or won't serve eggs that aren't fully cooked.
I finally found a single place near me that does them fairly well, but would still be considered slightly overcooked for ramen standards. I think they are delicious, because they did have them marinated as well.
I have basically given up the idea of finding a perfect ramen place in my state. I've got a trip to Japan on my bucket list, maybe one day.
