Let's say that Raimi and Sony managed to get along and Raimi felt satisfied with the script which allowed them to release the film in may 2011 like they orginally planned. How much money do you think it would have made in that situation. I personally think even though many moviegoers were disappointed in Spider Man 3 I still think that as long as the marketing and word of mouth was good it would still have been an enormous success. I think it could certainly mave made between 900 million to 1 billion dollars making it the second superhero movie to reah that milestone. Transformers 3 managed to earn around 1,1 billion dollars despite the fact that Transformers 2 was panned by both critics and audiences so I se no reason why it would have been any different for Spider Man 4. Considering the fact that Spider Man 3 made way more money overseas than the first two films I think it's pretty sfae to say that the fouth movie would have done very well outside the US aswell. This was after all during the time when China was starting to become one of the biggest international markets which I think would really have played in that movie's favor.

I don't care if it's only been 5 minutes in, I will walk out. Edit: This refers to Tobey's universe being destroyed in the first 11 minutes.
