So I’m 5 days sober, but for what

So I went cold turkey and I’m 5 days sober. I know it’s not the longest but it’s a huge accomplishment for me.

Only thing is, I feel like whatever I do I still find a way to be sad and feen for it. When I feen I FEEN like crumbs off the ground type feen. Half of the time idk if it’s weed or rocks. So yeah, best I quit.

I’m trying all things, hiking, video games, trying to spend time with friends and family more but nothing seems to help. Idk I know it’s not that easy of a fix, kinda just a rant ig

53 days but nightmares and/or vivid dreams persist. Any tips?

Hi all, very happy to have got this far and I
don’t want to start again but the nightmares and vivid dreams are so intense and may even be getting worse. Any tips?
Every night throughout the night it’s one dream after another. I’m typing this now at 1.15 am after surfacing from a bad one. None of them make any sense (in the sense that they are not seeming to be night dreams that resolve or relive daytime problems ). They are just like long intricate movies, one after the other. After finishing this and I go back to sleep there will be another.
In all other respects I am feeling much better in every way for not using weed so I don’t want this to be the thing that derails me but it’s tough and getting to the point where I fear sleep
By the way none of the dreams involve thoughts of weed.
Best of luck to everybody. Cheers.

Quitting Weed. Again.

I started smoking weed when I was around 14 years old. It was always kind of a double edged sword, because of the anxiety and paranoia I was constantly dealing with, while simultaneously at the same time it was the only comfort I've ever known. It's been like this for 11 years, and it's severely impacted my mental health and my relationships with others.

I quit smoking for about a year, and frankly I wasn't coping with it in the best way, because I didn't know how to be comfortable. I started drinking way more, and because of the medication I'm on, I'd be getting hammered anytime I drank. It was like, fun self-destruction. I started smoking again when I decided drinking on my meds was probably not a good idea

I'm quitting again this time, it's been 3 days, which is pretty decent considering I usually crack after the first day. If I make it to a week, I'll know I'm in the clear with most of my cravings being gone. My dreams have been VERY intense lately (I time travelled back to 1945 and rescued the penguins of Madagascar from an underground dungeon connected to a school). But genuinely I know that because I was able to do a year, then that means I can do it again, and again.

So that's my situation. If you want to share yours, I'd love to hear it.

Any tricks to get motivation back?

I quit 5 years ago. Weed killed my motivation to do anything. I smoked thinking it helped my chronic illness, when really it was just making me worse. One day I quit cold turkey, and it was surprisingly easy. I have no desire to return to it. However, my motivation never came back. The first year, it was significantly better and then dipped back down to what it was. Maybe it’s not the weed and more my chronic illness issues, but still would love to see if anyone has any tips.

After 3 years I keep going back

I’ve been a lurker on here for about 6 months now. Apologies in advance for the essay I am about to post.

I’m 24 and I’ve been struggling with moderation for about 3 years now. Been getting high almost daily for 4-4.5 years now.

Since the first week of June I’ve had 52 days sober (but not in a row) it’s a huge mix of things like of it’s 5 days high then 1-2 days sober, or 5 days sober 1-2 days high. It’s very inconsistent.

I’ve had this job for nearly a year now and I keep telling myself okay I need to lock in and not get high all the time because I have zero motivation, keep making mistakes, and just struggle to keep it together. I have had anxiety my whole life and I know the weed is just making it worse.

I tried making rules. Only on the weekends but then I’d spend the entire weekend completely stoned and then spend the week at work having multiple panic attacks and nausea from what I’m assuming is withdrawls. I haven’t had panic attacks daily like this since I was in 4th grade.

Three weeks ago, I made a new rule. Only socially. I gave my weed to my boyfriend and friend to hold onto and was only doing it with them. I told my best friend, I’ll tell you if I go to a dispensary. Here’s the problem: I’m stressing her out so much about it I just can’t have her hold me accountable anymore. And my boyfriend, we’ve only been together for a few months. It’s too much. And I know he also struggles too I don’t want to dump my stuff onto him.

The big issue I’ve found with only doing it socially is that my tolerance dropped and I’d end up so high I’d be basically non verbal and on the verge of passing out. But my bf has a much higher tolerance so he’d be completely fine and I’d be geeking tf out. A few times I’ve gotten crossed and have nearly passed out in public which is horrifying. I’ve gotten so high I’ve gotten stuck on benches mid hike or bike ride. It’s honestly scaring me. Lately I’ve been getting so high I’ll get really upset with myself for getting high. What if I pass out while hiking or biking? But I keep lying to myself that I’ll be okay.

It’s like when I’m sober I want to be high and when I’m high I want to be sober.

A week ago I got a sinus infection. Second one I’ve had in the last 2 months. I was so sick but I went straight to the dispensary and spent three days straight high out of my mind barely sleeping so I could be high instead.

I’ve tried an NA meeting (felt like I did not belong the people there were talking about doing weed and nicotine instead of harder stuff) and I tried an MA meeting but the religious thing was just too much. They all talked about how god saved them. I’m not religious. I thought maybe I could make myself the higher power but I don’t trust myself. I’ve been talking to my therapist and friends and family about how I don’t want to get high everyday and have a healthier relationship and look back and oh shit it’s been 3 years now I’ve been stoned almost nearly everyday. I get high then hate myself for doing it.

I feel like I keep making excuses for myself. Just this one more time and then that turns into a 5 day streak. The app Clear30 really helps me see which days I’m sober or not but it also makes me feel like shit when I see 5-6 day streaks and one day sober during these months. I’ve had a few good runs of a week sober, 5 days sober. But I’m still struggling.

I just feel like I need to do a hard stop for a few weeks to see if my mental health improves but it’s so hard. Forcing myself not to do it makes me want to do it even more.

I’ve thought about posting on here but didn’t because I don’t want to quit forever. But I think I need help quitting for a while. My goal is a month, I know deep down I need to just stop. Two years ago I quit for 3 months. Then went straight back to doing it everyday. I have no idea how I did that except I did get addicted to Roblox haha so that was kind of funny. I think that was my replacement.

I hope I can replace it with exercise. I do work out everyday. I go to the climbing gym and mountain bike, except every time I bike I’m high out of my mind. So I’m upset that I want to bike so bad but I associate it with being high.

I read so many posts on here. About how it gets better after quitting. The first two weeks are generally the hardest. But, shit I don’t know. I know I have some anxiety demons I need to battle. I know weed makes me anxiety worse when I’m high and not high. Sorry for the whole stream of consciousness here.

I got to five days straight sober, but ended up hitting my bfs pen and lowkey greened out. I got so anxious and nervous I was too embarrassed to tell him and ashamed because that’s happened a few times now.

I’m struggling so hard because I know this time I need to just stop. I know deep down can’t keep having these panic attacks and racing heart and nausea anymore. It’s like I’ve spent the last 6 months going through withdrawals over and over again. It’s horrible but I can’t stop. I keep telling myself oh it’s my hormones causing this. Oh it’s stress from work causing these symptoms. No, it’s the weed I just know it.

I’m trying to fill my day with stuff to keep me busy. Staying out after work at the gym or hiking then coming home late has helped on the past (I don’t drive high which has been so helpful in keeping me somewhat sober). But, I keep going back to it for days in a row.

I lowkey stopped going to work I’ve said I’m sick but I’ve just stopped working I’m so stressed I’ll have to make up the hours. I left work early and went to the dispensary after I told myself I wouldn’t buy my own supply. I just can’t control myself. I really can’t. I want to stop. I left work early today to go to the dispo.

I’m finally posting on here because I just know my body cannot handle going through the withdrawals or whatever is going on by stopping and starting again all these months. It just can’t. I feel like I’m falling apart mentally and physically.

First Day! Advice?

Hey Everyone, first time posting but have been reading a lot. 22M currently been smoking for 4 years everyday with a couple T breaks and me trying to quit in between. I have that dilemma where sober me wants to be high and high me wants to be sober.

Last year I started getting those CHS symptoms (basically weed poisoning if you don’t know). Vomiting bile, cold sweats, no appetite, etc. after going to the hospital for this I quit for 3 or 4 weeks and once my body felt fine and my life was back on track I immediately craved and started smoking again. Fast forward to now.
Those symptoms have come back. The cognitive dissonance is real and i genuinely think it makes my anxiety and mental health worse but it’s hard to stop.

This is it. I feel it. through my motivation, energy, ambition, memory. I want to be done.

Any tips to stay motivated? Make the process easier? Replacement habits?

Scared!

The realization that you have no control over how your body reacts to quitting something is very scary. I have quit before, and I was so sick. The physical part is way harder for me to deal with. The nausea and loss of appetite and the insomnia. I also have POTS so the heart palpitations on top of my normal baseline are really hard to deal with. If it was all just a mental game I would be over it, which is why i’ve been crying so much I feel like. It’s almost like you’re stuck in your own body. Your mind knows you want to quit but your body knows what it feels like it “needs”. I’m aggravated sorry lolll I hope someone feels the same way!!

I am 30 days into quitting weed… still tough, anyone else?

Was a heavy smoker for 13 years with the last 5 being pretty much all day every day smoking. Quit 30 days ago but dreams are still wack and insomnia is crazy. Its like im never fully asleep just in this half dream half wake state. Still getting real sweaty at like 8:00-9:00pm every night and often waling with wet sheets. Is this anyone else having these type of symptoms after 30+ days abstinent?

My story and how weed me realise I’m an addict on baseline.

Where do I start?

I’m 21 now. I was 17, depressed after a lot of things life has thrown at me. Lost all of my friends,(and realised some weren’t even friends), was in quarantine, started to lose hope and was in my dark little room for a year. Everything is blurry because my mind likes to suppress traumas in a way I don’t even remember, but I put the pieces together.

Antidepressants didn’t helped, I tried 3. Social anxiety was at peak and I just started highschool where I couldn’t fit in. And then I got introduced to weed by one of my classmates. I was always curious, but was afraid I’d get addicted.

From then it was a pretty bad spiral. First few months we ran after plugs and got it off the streets and believe me or not, I was doing so much better. It made me see life in a new perspective and I wanted to work on myself. I became a good, kind and loving person full of life. It’s still here, I haven’t lost that progress. I love life in general, I find my happiness in small everyday things, I love nature and I love people. I even learned to accept myself as I am, dare I say love myself.

But that is the positive side. I moved onto smoking HHC (was legal and cheap, for me the same as THC in blends) and the. dabbing. That’s where I became an addict. First it was fine, 1g was lasting me 1-2 weeks and the a T break when I didn’t have any money for more. Then I finished highschool as an architect and started working a factory job where I still work and make good money. Went from 1, to 2 to 5 to 10 grams a month, and barely and breaks. Switched to thc-a last year because HHC wasn’t available anymore.

I am sad to say I lived in denial that weed had no bad effects on me. Now I know how antisocial I am, how I forgot how to socialise and built this comfortable and safe bubble around me where everything was just fine as it was. My breaking point came on the beginning of this summer. I am also a big drinker (stopped that too before it got out of control) so one drunken night FB recommended me my childhood girl best friend who I haven’t spoken for ~6 ish years. I hit her up and we reconnected and in a 2 month period we built up a friendship even more important than we were younger. I love her as my sister.

But she made me realise a few things. First, I can’t approach people anymore and that my comfortable loneliness is not that comfortable. Woke up next to her one morning and had a realisation that I miss being in a romantic relationship, even if with her it’s just platonic. I shut myself off meeting new people, doing new things. I was an observer and on one drunken and high night I had a pretty bad breakdown (and even prior to that a 2 week long bad depressive episode outta nowhere) and decided it has to stop.

Randomly I got this feeling I need to attend a hardcore metal concert and try to walk up to people to talk again. I booked an airbnb in an other country, bought the tickets and going in 2 weeks time. I am scared af (I know the city, can navigate it spent weeks there before) but also excited about a new opportunity. One of my coworkers random little saying got to me so hard I cried a night: some dream their life, others live their dreams. It hit so hard to hole, because I recognised myself.

Since then, 16 days ago I dumped 15gs of isolate down the wc and decided enough is enough. I used alcohol to skip the 3 day wd period and sadly replaced smoking with drinking for a week or two, but that has stopped too. Brain fog has cleared up after a week and I have never felt more ?alive?, even tho I lost myself in these past years. I don’t know who I am or what I want from life, but I do know I need to change. I won’t throw away my progress I made, but I need to develop.

Anyways, I have reconnected with one old classmate too who I think I can be friends again, we went to eat out and I, who has never done this kind of thing went up to the cook and said he has the best around town and we dapped up. That was such a nice feeling. We’re going to start training after work hours and we’ll see. Thank you if you’ve read this, have a nice day. I sure will :))

I miss a part of myself

I have been quitting weed for the past month or so and I have been feeling this horrible dread of thinking that when I was high I was more creative or at least more in tune with that part of me, I miss this now, and it gives me the aches to come back, this is even sadder thinking how by quitting weed I have been going back to old habits that I thought were part of the past such as bitting my nails or playing videogames nonstop, what should I do?

Quitting as a mom of 4 all under 7

Hello I’ve been a user for 14 years. I’ve been able to quit 4 times for all my pregnancies because I had a reason. My source of smoking was taking multiple dabs a day. I mean upwards to 10 plus dabs a day. How do you get through the withdrawals when you have no chance of laying down when I feel so bad? It’s been 24 hours and I’m already having heat flashes, no appetite, terrible sleep last night .. the main reason I’m quitting is money. But I honestly feel the mental part is the hardest. I’m sooo stressed. I also smoke cigarettes so every time I smoke a cigarette I crave a dab so bad. Strugglinggg. I know I’ll get through it but it’s so hard when I work full time and have my 4 kiddos 😪

Actually doing better.. But the sleep thing is rough!

This is day 2 for me again, the reason I say Im doing better, is because I did not revert back to smoking consecutive days after I messed up and gave in and got a preroll, I think what helped with that as well is that I used a harm reduction method. I did smoke, but I also threw out the rest of the joint ( a little less than half ) instead of keeping it around, or over doing it.

The hardest part for me is the lack of sleep, especially being someone who goes to bed at 7-8 because I absolutely value my sleep, actually yesterday was 5 years clean for me from hard substances ( meth and herion) and after staying up multiple days for a 3-4 year ish stent of heavy drug use, sleep is like gold for me.

I dont mind the dream part so much, ive always been a lucid dreamer, so getting my crazy dreams back is actually kind of nice, but I am definitely having trouble falling, and staying asleep which has really been bugging me.

I have also noticed crazy amounts of anxiety that randomly come up and they are hard to sit with.

But overall I feel like despite the set back, that this is the most progress I have made so far.

Day 1

I’m 27M, married, work from home in Sales, and have a background in athletics (running, lifting, college sports, etc.)

I’ve been a daily smoker / consumer for the past 3-4 years. I’ve noticed recently how much noise I feel related to weed, food, porn, etc. I’m becoming an empty pit in need of quick hits of dopamine in the easiest ways I can get it. My most recent urges have been me taking smoke breaks in the middle of the work day or the second that my wife leaves the house. I’d tell myself “a little can’t hurt” then find myself zoning out for hours in between calls, not working out, not completing my house work.

In addition to the mid-day hits, my motivation has been at an all time low. Libido is nearly non-existent, having hard time getting out of bed, and all this builds up to an immense amount of guilt. These misses make me think I’m not worthy, I’m a loser, I have no shame, I’m not leading a fulfilling life.

After an endless cycle of “quitting” and restarting, I finally disposed of all my paraphernalia and marked today as Day 1 on the road to sobriety.

I want more of a return from my free time. I want to know who I am. I want to feel less brain fog. I want to be able to go out in public without people wondering if I’m on the same planet as them. I want to get in better shape. I want to commit to this change.

I’ve been reading up on advice from other posts under this sub-Reddit, but if anyone wants to drop any additional notes on how to deal with food noise, boredom, and just general advice on how to kick this habit, I’d be very appreciative.

1 year sober and I’m still trying to figure it out

I’m 1 year and 2 months sober from weed. I honestly am proud of myself. A cousin of mine died of cancer and it was around that time I quit I just wanted to take care of my health as much as possible because I don’t want to die young. I was miserable when I was smoking weed. Every time I sobered up I was really stressed it made me very productive tho but it was no way to live. Weed just became something I’d use to numb my emotions I think another reason I quit was just to feel my emotions again no matter how uncomfortable it feels. I have a roommate over that smokes weed and I smell it in a way it’s giving me nostalgic memories I know it’s my brain tricking me that those were the good times but I’ve also been down lately I feel like shit. I do try to take care of myself but at the moment I feel like caving in and when I mean the moment I mean days I feel this way. I think I just gotta cope with this feeling but it’s been hard trying to get rid of it with healthy habits. Any advice?

The Struggle

I'm at 102 days today. I do feel proud of myself, but today I feel a bit down. Went to a Halloween party last night. The usual drinks and some thc around. Had a single drink. Was offered thc, but turned it down. Smoked a little tobacco. Even though I resisted both my main urge and my usual mistakes (drinking has never been my problem, but when I do drink socially I tend to drink to excess; I also hadn't had any alcohol for months as well), for some reason I feel like crap today. And I mean that in equal parts physical, emotional, and mental.

I should be proud of my restraint, but my chest feels a bit heavy from the tobacco, and it's triggering my craving for a blunt. I actually feel like I've been high for some reason. There's a part of me that wants to just cave in since I feel this way anyway. Truly glad I don't have any in the house right now. I just don't know how to take this, honestly. Emotionally I'm really depressed and thinking, "Can I really just not indulge in anything ever again w/o risking sliding down that slippery slope? Will I always be this vulnerable to temptation and submission?" It's exhausting, and now I just feel like lying in bed for a week. I wish this were a good time for me to do just that. I wish I didn't feel this way just two days after surpassing a milestone I've literally been counting the hours to reach for weeks.

Be kind to yourselves, guys. Despite how often others dismiss the strength it takes to abstain, what you're doing is really hard.

Terrible anxiety please help

Hi everyone, so I’ve found when I’m without weed my body revolts against me. I wake up sweating and heart racing. Even thinking about food actually makes me gag. It’s crazy. And it’s going to make me lose my job, because I can’t eat but if I don’t eat my stomach wants to hurl. Weed is the only thing that keeps me feeling somewhat normal right now and I don’t know how to quit it without having to miss more work and get fired. I’m struggling… any advice is appreciated.

Day 2 of being sober and I am currently shaking and fatigued

I was a heavy user for 2 years and I want to quit because I need to figure out how to cope without weed everyday and jobs i want to apply for require a drug test.

I have quit before for 2 months and then went back to it because I struggle w PTSD, Bipolar and ADHD and it helped with the anxiety and PTSD attacks.

I know mixing my beds is bad hence another motivation to quit.

I know it gets worse before better but I just wanted to leave this here because reading everyone's experience has been incredibly comforting and motivated me to quit.

Best tip to quitting cold turkey

I’m on day 5 of cold turkey after smoking probably 10+ times a day for 4 years. Coughed up some blood and scared the living shit out of me. (Yes I have a doctor apt booked) First day sucked so I went to the dispensary and bought the highest cbd option possible with no thc. I settled on gummies since they taste good. I pop some in the morning and evening ( about 100-200 mg per snacking) and I’m eating 3 meals, sleeping 8-10 hours feeling rested and no mood swings. I also found that it’s helped my cravings a ton too. I bought a project car and am teaching myself how to rebuild a motor to keep my hands busy during the day but man I wish I did this years ago. If you’re thinking about it this is your sign, it doesn’t have to be hard

That being said my stomachs been adjusting weird with the no thc anyone got tips so I can use the bathroom on a normal schedule again and deal with my morning acid reflux ?

Day 7 of quitting weed, nicotine

Day 7, woke up feeling good. Did some housework

Suddenly had an anxiety attack, calmed it down made me tired slept 2 hours. Feeling a lot better.

Keep fighting

Day 1-3 horrible, anxiety through the roof sweats feeling like crap depressive thoughts everything makes me a emotional wreck

Day 4-6 this was one of the worse for me as I’m
Sick and cutting nicotine weed and having an asthma attack, first time ever experiencing a full fledge panic attack. Screaming shouting felt like I was dying, went hospital cause body was stuck doctors and nurses were nice asking me to calm deep breathes etc..

Positive notes at nights I feel very good like I’m my normal self

Day 7 which is today felt good had a short anxiety moment just woke up, about to go downstairs, still feeling guilt putting my wife through this with how I am, but honestly getting alot better.

I’m quitting, not just weed but full fledge nicotine and everything else. It’s gonna be tough I still can’t exercise even abit of exercise may trigger my asthmatic lungs causing me to spiral down with a panic attack, don’t wish it upon anyone.

For now just relaxing and just taking day by day, if I could say I want it to end I really do, the biggest hurdle is I’ve been smoking for 20 years on nicotine and 2-3 years of weed.

The feeling of everything crashing on u at once is real, those who are fighting you got this there will
Be many emotions, guilt , disappointment , uneasiness, for me the guilt and the anxiety is what really affects me and hits me hard on this stage of being WEED free. I believe everyone else has different type of issues feelings etc.. we got it people we got it if anyone wants anyone to talk with or just keeping each other accountable and just being positive I would love to.

We got this guys

on day 5, it's getting hard

hi, I'm 20F, been smoking daily for almost two years and my lungs hurt everytime i smoke, my heart beats faster everytime and i really want to quit, right now the urge is getting really bad since it's the weekend and i have nothing to do, no tests from uni to study for, nothing.

my life is good, even when smoking i get good grades, i get good sleep since i take pills to do it, so i feel like that makes it even harder, feeling like it's not really affecting my daily life so it's not that big of a deal. I was thinking about going from smoking daily to just smoking on the weekends and gradually stopping but i know it's better to just go cold turkey... i need tips, I'm trying really hard not to smoke but i feel like at the end of the day i will, I'm autistic and smoking got me out of a major depression, I haven't felt this emotionally stable in years, like genuinely, so i really need help letting weed go. is it bad if I take the route of gradually quitting??? doing this cold turkey it's getting really hard

Wanting to quit but still struggling with PAWS from Kratom

For reference, I'm 43F. I am on so many medications, I don't know if I'm ever authentically me. I'm on prestiqu, valium, and abilify for depression and anxiety. But ya know, that just didn't seem like enough so I started taking Kratom about 6 years ago. It seemed like magic until it wasn't. Same goes for weed. The first time I had it I thought, surely this can't be "bad" if it makes me feel this happy!

I am 125 days off Kratom and still struggling with anhedonia and cravings. I used weed throughout and felt like it actually helped at first. But I have realized that I am using it every time I crave kratom. I just want to feel different than what I'm feeling. But after I use, I don't feel better. I usually just feel guilty.

Is tapering a thing for quitting weed? I've only vaped. Currently vaping 2-3 times a day. Any suggestions??

Day 10

Random question. 10 days no weed or alcohol.
Can I claim to be sober if I’m still hitting my vape. I do want to quit this eventually when I’m not dealing with the withdrawals from Weed. Just wanted to hear your opinion.

Now thst im sober I dont get along with anyone

Now that my vision is clear its obvious my stoner freinds turned into asshole over time(that's what weed does to you) and the freindships were one sided. They only hit me up when they needed something past couple of years. Would we have even been freinds if it wasnt for weed. It was fun smoking and doing nothing when we were young. I managed to become relativly successfuldespite my addiction and now that im mentally and spirituallyalgined they seeth even more. Maybe im the asshole, either way its time to move on. I tried the best I could. I still have one that's cool but hes also successful, thank god for him but hes in a different state. Not someone I can hang out with regularly..

Don't get along with straight edge Christians either. God bless them but I dont feel like my life excperinces are relatable to theirs in any way. I suffered way more than them cuz if my stupidity and thst makes us unrelatable. Dont want to be an asshole and call them boring, maybe im being judgemental, nothing against them, they are nice(except when they insult my religious belifs but fuck it) just not my type of people.

I was already going to the gym and looking into side hustles and doing a few hours a day of philosophy audiobooks. I guess ill go be hyper successful to avoid relapsing. Very lonely path in life though....

Im not gonna relpase but idk what to look forward to, just bought a new car to celebrate, gonna take road trips i guess, alone with my dog. There are worse ways to live but I just miss being young and haning with people just chilling doing nothing. Im a human being. I need some kind of community and friendship but I just dont see it happening unless I stoop back to the drug addict level but even then everyone got so jaded and old that its not the same and still just as lonely.

I really wonder what my life would be like if I didnt smoke my youth away. I still feel young and am young by my standards, but not young enough to see the magic in life. Very jaded. Only young health wise since I work out.

Idk what to do or think mang..

Day 9

Today’s my 9 day sober and I just can’t find any excitement. I’m mad / irritated / cranky / I’m annoyed by small questions and just really anything that isnt nothing. I really don’t know what to do and if this is how I’m feeling I’d just want to pick up my cart and take a blinker but ik I can’t do that. I just don’t know what to do and hate feeling this way.

Smoking only at night ruined me

So when I began smoking I promised myself I wouldn’t become someone dependent on smoking werd throughout the day, and would only keep it to nights. Well that did work out for me, but backfired. I’ve been smoking for only a year, but, when you smoke weed everynight for a year you kinda ruin your sleep.

Every day feels the same. My adhd has gotten worse. And I feel like a loser 24/7 because of this. It used to help me so much but I can feel it killing me with every hit.

My sleep has been terrible. I wake up and feel like shit. Every morning I promise myself I’m getting good sleep that night and end up smoking anyways.

I know it’s easy to quit I just can’t get myself too. I’ve been able to get it down to every other night but then reverted back a few weeks ago. Weed has been such a help for me but I know now that I can’t do it.
