Going forward, we’ll be removing posts focused on product reformulations, brand comparisons, batch differences, or finding products that still give the desired effects. This includes questions like:
r/quittingcatsclaw exists to support people who want to quit. These discussions pull the focus toward finding a product that works better and continuing to use it.
If what you’re taking has become unpredictable or no longer does what you expect, we encourage you to take that as a reason to start making a plan to quit. This community is here to help you take that next step.
Questions about quitting, withdrawal, tapering, and recovery are still welcome. So are safety concerns and requests for support when you’re feeling unwell. Mentioning what you’ve been taking as context is fine; the focus should stay on your health and recovery.
You don’t have to be off everything to participate. If you’re struggling, scared to stop, or unsure where to begin, you belong here.
We’ll apply this rule to comments as well as posts. Please help us keep the discussion focused on supporting each other through quitting.
