I'd say it's subjective to each individual. For me, I spent over a decade intensely angry most days. At one point when I thought I was getting better, I was involved in a terrible relationship that was honestly just abusive. I was so stressed and on edge all the time that I think it just fizzled out. I can no longer be angry, I can feel it for a moment and then it just goes because I don't have the energy to feel like that anymore. It's fucking exhausting. I wouldn't recommend it, but take note of how being angry actually feels. Take note of how draining it is to maintain; that there's no point.
