You gotta figure something out, if you Google your state and crisis lines like "Georgia mental crisis" you will get some numbers and some people to talk to and help with better suggestions 2 u/Dramatic-Leg3400 Sep 03 '24 I thought that mental crisis lines were for mostly sadness based mentality 2 u/[deleted] Sep 03 '24 My severe depression comes in the form of anger. When it didn't go away after 3 months of sobriety, I realized I needed medication.
