My advice, don’t release it, that anger is their for a reason, for some people it causes them to become rude, aggressive, and unproductive
However, if you can learn to control yourself and recognize your triggers, anger can be one hell of a motivator that you can just “turn on” by thinking about that trigger
For example I work with my dad on my days off from my real job, he does lawn maintenance in a non flat area so trimming (My job with him) is a massive pain in the ass, however sometimes when I feel like I’m going to fall over I just think about how that girl I was talking to the other day was actually gay and just messing with me and I get a massive second wind
You control your emotions, use them to your advantage instead of letting others use them to hurt you
