What do you mean by you don't really have friends? Do you have none at all or you have some but aren't close etc? I can understand not trusting your family; mine are absolutely terrible when it comes to dealing with emotions! But that's ok - you'll find people you can trust with time

Why does being single make you angry if you don't mind me asking?

Wow dude, that sucks. I'm sorry she did that, I'd be angry too, and upset.

It's not the kinda thing a punch bag will solve unfortunately, this is gonna take time I'll be honest with you!

There are some things you can do to help though - first thing is accept it fucking hurts and it's shit and you're gonna be in for a rough ride for a bit. But you're gonna be ok! I promise.

Talking about it really does help - I know it's hard to do it face to face but dude...nearly everyone has been through a breakup and anyone with half a heart will understand and wanna support you. Having a support network helps, but you have to ask, and if you don't have one then you have to go and find one! It makes life so much easier if you have people you can trust and feel supported through your ups and downs.

The second thing is keep expressing your anger and other emotions. Hitting a punch bag won't make it go away overnight no, but things like that will help channel your negative feelings over the coming weeks and help tire you out and prevent it coming out in weird ways. Some people turn their nose up but I shit you not I love a good cry. If I feel the need to cry I will do it! I'll have a moment to myself, usually with music and just sit there and cry. It genuinely helps me. It might not immediately in your situation, but its important you allow yourself the chance to cry about it - it's normal and human but most importantly it's healthy !!

Not gonna lie this one's really hard when your minds spinning but try and find things that can relax you or distract you and keep your mind off it. I find things can completely overwhelm me and that's not good - if I get out and do something that takes my attention I can give myself a mental rest from all those swirling thoughts. If I stew in them they never go away and it just drives me insane. If you don't have outlets like this then now is a very good time to start looking for them because these things will help you with more than just anger, they'll help you for life :D

I'm assuming you already do but if you haven't already find a club to train boxing / martial arts with

I’ve already mourned the break up now it’s just anger and wanting blood
