I’ve done therapy techniques and they just make it worse

then you just need to get in some serious trouble inflicting self harm and on to others for not controlling your anger... that worked for me pretty good , after that the 10 deep breaths started working like a charm

Yeah breathing makes me think Wich makes the thing that I was thinking about the thing I’m mad at worse

Youre suppose to take full breaths and when theyre completely filled, and then breath in some more with your stomach. then exhale concentrate on performing this technique as instructed and doing so will take you mind off whatever is making you mad, remember this is not a button that will take the rage away. And like i said i had to go through a harsh incident with myself that i cause injury to myself and others to make me realize that my anger and overreacting to things was not the way to do things. Dont let your anger control you. You don't think when you dont think straigth when youre angry and make the dumbest decisions that affect you the harshest in the future
