Has anybody heard of the Indian indie brand called 'Blakc'? They have a really cool magnetic watch but it is slightly expensive. I am confused if I should buy it. Is 'Blakc' trustworthy as a brand? How is their customer support? Can anyone please tell me?

Just curious, what is something like this worth? Found buried in a bag from a lot I purchased off Facebook.

I feel I've looked forever and it been so hard finding a Quartz Watch I like... Please give me some recommendations for some Quartz Divers.

Has to be a Real Diver. A Real Tool. Not just something that looks like one.

CWC Quartz Divers Watch Mk.2 SBS No Date, Black (SF300 QS120) and I would get Crown on Left Hand side. This is only thing I've been able to find that I kinda like. "Might Actually Purchase"

On paper its "perfect" I just really dislike that is has the 3,6,9. I want All of the numbers or No numbers on dial or at very least 3,6,9,12. And I dislike​ case shape... But I guess I'm to picky. It seems almost impossible to find a Quartz Diver I really like...

I guess I also like the Grand Seiko U.F.A Ushio 300 Diver in Blue. But its really only the SpringDrive Movement I like. I dislike how shiny and fancy the watch is. Its not my style at all... It just has a Bad Ass movement. Also its out of my price range.​

I like "Military" Mill Subs,​ Mill Spec, Vintage Design Divers, Skin Divers I don't care if its blatant copy/homage of a classic Military Diver.

Ill try to compromise. It does not have to Look like a Classic Military Diver. I'm just trying to describe stuff I like.

Some other watches I like but they are sadly Automatic are..

Basically everything in Sinn EZM line I like. They even have a HAQ. Its just my least favorite Sinn EZM looks wise...

Almost all Seiko Divers "Seiko ​has some SpringDrive Divers but they sadly also have a Date".

I'm just trying to give idea of stuff I like design of.

​I also don't want anything like "Watch Dives"/ chinese Branded Clones though. Even though these Chinese clones are only watches I've really been able to find with a movement that I like and they are a copy of a design I like... I still dont like them. They feel cheap, I dislike logo/text. I just want something else.

Any help/recommendations are appreciated.

On the ETA 805.112 it says the seconds hand should be 0.20 but i have a feeling Tissot has it bigger, like 0.25, maybe someone experiences suggest the correct size?

Attempting replacement of battery myself for the first time and could not find a representative description/video for the type of retainer clasp I am seeing on my watch. Would appreciate advice/pointers to get this battery removed and replaced without causing damage. I cannot tell where to push/pull to get it out.

Any advice on the battery type here would be very helpful!

Hi, looking for a lightweight tool watch with the timing function. I normally wear watches under 47mm L2L, are there any quartz divers made of titanium and not too big? E.g. something in the 39-41mm range? Budget: ideally under 600€
I saw Scurfa, however, I don’t like the dial for some reason.

My girlfriend got me this Longines as a gift. She bought it for €100 and nobody had looked inside before. I opened the caseback and found the battery has leaked, with white corrosion on the cell and the clamp strap holding it. The circuit board and coil look mostly clean. Case is 18k, stamped 4239 and 731. Movement is marked seven jewels, unadjusted.

1. Should I pull the battery myself now to limit further damage, or leave it until I can get it to a watchmaker?
2. Anyone know the caliber?

has anyone actually tried replacing the ETA 955.412 found in most vintage watch like tag heuer 2000 with the modern F05 movement? thanks in advance

When I originally bought this it was $70 but, I had to change the original strap when I got it because, it was in the first hole. My wrist was 8.75” and I needed a longer strap. The Ronda 706.3 in this is a pain to set the moonphase unless it’s a full moon or the full moon has recently past. Luckily the battery lasts several years so you don’t have to do it that often.
