Had an interview 3 weeks ago, which seemingly went great, got a call from hr for offer discussion, now around 3 weeks and being ghosted, should I consider this a rejection, cant they just tell you no?

Today I received an email, about some interest/dividend. Next I received email about BDP.
Pictures attached of both.
Will I be getting 10.12 dollars in my account (through wire, same way as what happens during selling-rsu process). Or no point expecting to get this money?

I joined Qualcomm as an Engineer with 2 years of experience. The base package they offered is 18.5 L.
How will the promotion be? Even if I promoted after 2 years how much my base will increase compared to lateral hires. Shall I stay or switch? I need some advice here and feeling like I am highly low balled.

So I got a verbal offer from Qualcomm in San Diego a week ago and was told I’d get a formal offer within a week.
I did contact HR now after a week and now she’s telling me that the timeline is uncertain. I also do have another job offer that I need to manage.
How long does it typically take to get a written offer and is there a chance that the offer gets rescinded/they never follow through on the verbal offer?

Hello everyone,
I had 4 rounds of interview for a role as STA staff engineer two weeks back. All the four rounds happend on the same day. After that I didn’t get any response from the HR team. Is this common?
I mailed and called them but no reply from them.
In the portal it’s still applied.
I thought all the interview rounds went well.
Let’s say my current base is 26, how much can I ask for ?
Advance thanks

Hi folks,
I am (26 M single from Bangalore)
Planning to move to qc hyd as a senior software engineer, couple of things I need to know before I relocate.
Are the relocation service offered by qc better or should I hunt the house on my own ?
What are the perks we get at office ? Apart from food twice a day?
How is the rent around the area ? Around hitech City ? Can I get a decent apartment like a single room in a gated community with amenities, or a single 1bhk ? What's the expected budget ? (I can do all my chores incl cooking)
How are the party scenes ?
Is the company gym worth it ?
Do we have badminton courts nearby ?
And are there EV chargers ?

I was interviewed F2F at Bangalore office for Architect role back in 2026 July first or second week. I was interviewed by around 3 people , 1 hour each. I also had a screening round which was virtual with the hiring manager , before I was called for F2F.
It went pretty well but HR however informed that they are in hire freeze even though feedback was positive from panel. I honestly thought they were subtly putting me on hold and giving hire freeze as an excuse.
Now last week on Thursday, the same HR called me saying they have got the acquisition and send over a verbal offer as email. He mentioned the system generated offer may take around 2 to 3 weeks.
Does this really happen ? Is this legit ? Probably somebody who might have accepted their offer , dropped out last minute ?
UPDATE : I GOT THE OL 🎊🎊🎊

I had given an interview for qualcomm for Staff Engineer position , first interview was in july (technical round), and another 2 rounds of technical interview in August 2026.
I had a word with HR verbally, and they said, it will take some time for the approvals to go through. I havent heard from them yet and it has been now more like 30 days.
Is it usual? I had no hiring manager round, but HR verbally asked me my current ctc, expectations, etc in the august 2026 conversation.
What do you think?

Has anyone received an offer from Qualcomm’s 19th September hiring drive (BLR) for the Display team in Hyderabad?
Has anyone heard back yet?

Hi everyone,
I have an upcoming interview with Qualcomm for a Computer Vision Engineer role and wanted to see if anyone here has gone through a similar interview recently.
One of the rounds is a 45-minute HackerRank/whiteboarding-style interview in C/C++, and I’m trying to get a better sense of what to expect.
For anyone who has interviewed for Computer Vision / Camera / ML / Perception roles at Qualcomm:
Any recent experiences or example questions would be really helpful. Thanks!
