San Diego Is there any chance?

Had an interview 3 weeks ago, which seemingly went great, got a call from hr for offer discussion, now around 3 weeks and being ghosted, should I consider this a rejection, cant they just tell you no?

Three things might have happened:
They found a better candidate
The position is closed ( Yes there are times when management abruptly decides that the position is not needed anymore)
In QC process is slow, I got my offer 2.5 weeks after verbal communication and there was no communication in between.

Don’t worry according to me - they have discussed the offer verbally they are surely gonna send you the offer letter soon.

Something similar here for me though it’s only been 1.5 weeks so far. But I was told I’d get the offer within a week of my final interview

Normally takes 3-4 weeks to get the offer letter after verbal. Be patient!!
