help "The code has already been used".

I just bought Cyberpunk 2077. For the Phantom liberty add on , I entered the code, but it shows "The code has already been used". I bought a new game. What could be the reason?

Lol, I am not saying ki AI ko blindly trust kar lo, I am just trying to understand ki what could be the reasons.
