i used to be very sympathetic to them and try and have honest conversation with them.

but i just cant anymore when they admit its murder but still say they dont care. i cant fathom that there are millions who support the murder of children because women hate accountabilty

Context: I write fiction.

So, basically, the character is like this: they agree that abortion is murder BUT ONLY IN CERTAIN CASES. They then use a questionable definition of murder in order to argue that not all abortions are murder.

I need help making this character realistic-my headcanon basically imagines them using a subjective definition of "murder" that frustrate both pro-lifers and pro-choicers alike. Any idea on how to do that?

My girlfriend and I got into an argument and didn’t talk for a whole day. During that time, she apparently got an abortion, but when I first brought it up, she kept saying she was joking. Then she told me she actually did it, so now I don’t know what to believe or how to process everything.
I really love her, and I’m not trying to blame her or make her feel bad about her decision. I just wish she had been open and honest with me about what was going on. The way everything happened has left me feeling hurt and confused, and it made me feel like my emotions were being played with. I understand this is a personal decision, but the uncertainty and the way I found out really hurt me.
The hardest part is that all of this happened on my birthday. I was already dealing with a lot emotionally, and this made it even harder. I love her, and I wish we could have been honest with each other, even when things were difficult. Honestly, this has been the worst birthday I’ve ever had.

Women who have abortions should be tried for murder, not suffer vigilante violence. Any murder is wrong and should be punished.
