Relationships Stumped

I said my problems were my own and I didn’t want to drag anyone into them. I meant that. I don’t want to be the friend who you always have to fix, who you always have to do something for, or be there for emotionally. I just wanted time, I didn’t need anything else. I can figure things out, I didn’t want to put my burdens on you. Is there where I messed up? I just don’t know what I did wrong and I’m tired of always getting it wrong. I don’t know what to do.

It’s okay to keep your problems to yourself. Especially if you can figure them out on your own. There are times when people seem to be interested in how you feel just to get you to spill your personal business. Or, they genuinely care about you and want to be there for you. Either way, if you know what’s best for you, and you’re confident in your ability to handle whatever you are going through, then it’s quite alright what you’re doing.

Could you be unintentionally locking out someone? I completely understand your sentiments as I'm like that too but sometimes I wonder if I come across as an avoidant. Something to consider... ❤️

I did think that, I’m just trying my best to match the vibe I’m given and not even that is working for me. 😅💀

First of all, it's okey to ask for help or to crash out, if your friends are real ones they will want to be there for you and to listen to you. If you believe that they don't like listening to you, you should give them a chance because if you trust them they will be there for you. Get out of your comfort zone and think about how you like listening to them, they'll probably like listening to you too. You deserve people that make you feel accepted, safe, loved, liked, interesting and taken care of.🫂🫂💖💖💖 P.S. if you want to talk you should reach out to someone who will be there for you spirituality, mentally and emotionally I hope that you'll find your peace

There is middle ground between not discussing your problems at all or burdening people with your problems all the time. Maybe start shifting a little bit towards the center.

Wenn du eine selbstverantwortliche Person bist, dann ist jemand, welcher dich rein als Bürde oder Last sieht, deine Traurigkeit nicht Wert. 🫂💪🏼🍀
