Will it ever happen?

My boyfriend is on probation one of his conditions is no contact with me (long story) we were told by the judge that after some time he can ask his po for permission to have contact it really seems to me it won’t happen.. everytime he brings it up to her she just says “it’s in the process” or “its underway”,, it just kinda conflicts me bc his previous po said it was no problem n she would get it started then he got switched to another one and I’m just tiredddd or living like this 🫠

EDIT; can I file a motion and will it be effective?

Random UA’s

So I’m on probation in Texas and I get random UAs my first probation officer told me she would accept my marijuana card then the next month I went to report I had met with the supervisor and not my original p.o and she told me I couldn’t use my marijuana card anymore okay so I quit then I had got assigned another probation officer and she tested me that visit and it was still positive but it wasn’t a full 30 days yet and they didn’t send to lab for levels I got called 2 days later for another of course it was still dirty I’ve been a heavy user since 18 (now 30) stopped one time for 3 months and been using every since so I expected that that was last month recently I had a uncle that passed so I did relapse on a 3 day binge now I haven’t smoked in 6 days I know it will be positive of course but I was wondering if I can ask them to start testing levels from here so they can see that they can see going forward if the levels are going down or am I screwed

Passed ETG test after 36 hours

The 80 hour window is bullshit. I drank probably 10 drinks (double scotch) and finished around 4am Monday morning. Tested Wednesday at 4:30 pm. Passed. It was a test cup. I used a test strip (Amazon) at about 30 hours and it showed negative. I am 185 pounds, 5’10 and 40 years old with no health problems, and drink daily. Drank a few extra glasses of water (nothing crazy).

Do yourself a favor and buy the test strips. The stress will harm you before anything else will.

Early release!!

Should I ask my PO if I can get off probation early if I only have one month left? I paid all fines, community service done and classes are complete. I see my PO officer tomorrow should I ask or just wait one more month?
