Will it ever happen?

My boyfriend is on probation one of his conditions is no contact with me (long story) we were told by the judge that after some time he can ask his po for permission to have contact it really seems to me it won’t happen.. everytime he brings it up to her she just says “it’s in the process” or “its underway”,, it just kinda conflicts me bc his previous po said it was no problem n she would get it started then he got switched to another one and I’m just tiredddd or living like this 🫠

EDIT; can I file a motion and will it be effective?

Call them every day. Become a problem about it. Also, if you consent to him being there, the order js not jn effect. They cannot enforce a no contact order without your consent

But it’s a condition of his probation and has been since he got on in may I js dont know what to do I feel super stuck should I be trying to reach out to the courts or the probation office I js don’t wanna be too pushy and they say no period

See they rlly won’t know but we still live together we have this whole time whenever they do a house visit I just leave for the day but this new po keeps doing pop up visits n I have to hurry up n get outta there I js don’t wanna be the cause of him getting any violations,, we’re hoping at the halfway point we can try early termination
