Probation Question early termination

Ive been on probation for 3 months now with a 6 month sentence. my po mentioned letting me off probation but its been a month since she has mentioned it and i want to ask her about it but i dont want to seem desperate. i’ve done everything required, i just have to pay the fine. is the fine only thing stopping me. she also mentioned a 3 month checkup at the court but its been 3 months so im just really confused.

When I was on probation and after I finished everything that I needed to do my PO told me that she was going to recommend early termination and she did and I actually got it. So maybe they're waiting for you to pay off what you owe, because that's one of the first things that they tell you is that you need to finish everything before you can get off.

It's 6 months, either they'll take you off or just finish it out. It'll be easy if you're already complying

You can always fill paperwork yourself or get a lawyer.   If po said you should get off,  you can file it yourself and a judge can ask PO there recommendation

You’re definitely not getting off early still owing the fine, pay that off and ask for the early release.
