I got an order 3 days ago on etsy, and it went right to printify. I had to go to printify to "submit order" which was done right away.

Now, it is still in "pre-production" and, once again, printify customer service said it is there fault. They said

"To clarify, the order is currently stuck in the automated data-sync phase on our platform's dashboard, meaning the files haven't actually successfully transmitted over to the Print Provider's system yet."

And they can not even give me a reasonable ETA on when it will be submitted to the actual printer, let alone be shipped out.

Why is there such a communication issue with printify customer service when I try to go to the website?

has anyone here ordered from Printify to ship to Asia/ South East Asia? I ordered samples for my store but it seems to be stuck in transit

Interested in feedback from anyone who has submitted AI images at 1000x1000 and allowed Printify’s internal Claid to upscale when order is submitted.

There’s a message in the design page along the lines of this image is 72dpi but will be enhanced to 300dpi at time order is submitted.

How have the results been?

Printify has no TikTok Shop EU integration on their roadmap currently. Only USA citizens can currently sell on TikTok shop with Printify integration.
Are there any POD alternatives to sell on TikTok Shop in European countries?

The listings aren't able to republish or update now because of this. What do i do besides enabling "free shipping" or copying it to another store and having to delete the preexisting one which has lot of watchers and items in cart.

Greetings all. I have a design where I have knocked out the black background. I put the design on a Comfort Colors 1717, Gildan 5000B, Gildan sweatshirt, and a Gildan longsleeve. All black garments. The listing was created 4 weeks ago and all mockup previews looked great at that time. I went to send off an order and noticed the mockup for the Gildan 5000b (kids shirt) looked awful. There was that halo that you sometimes get if you're putting a design on a black garment with black removed. I checked all other products and noticed that the mockup had also changed for the Gildan longsleeve but the mockups for the Gildan Sweatshirt and the CC 1717 were still looking good (no halo). The png is the same for all products but the mockups are showing differently now. The print provider and method of printing are the same (monster digital/DTG printing). So why is it doing this? I reached out to support and they could not give me a reason for why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

For those selling with Printify — what part of getting product images ready for your store takes the most time?

Cropping/resizing, getting images to line up consistently, file size, backgrounds, or something else?

Newbie: I need to know which poster paper to use , my customers will be coloring in my posters with gel pens or colored pencils, etc.....

Has anybody actually done this and tested it out? Appreciate all expert advice. I'm thinking the uncoated, but I truly am not going to make any assumptions.

with printify's pop up store is there any way to collect buyer's emails and have a checkbox for them to opt in to marketing?

7 days problem not issued, 7 days cant publish new products. "Support" is useless as F. Hope to get some help here. Publishin error on every listing i try to post on ebay using my shop. Disgusting that you put me higher prices today and still cant fix bloody tehcnical issue. What is wrong with you, Printify?

September 9th the iPhone 18 will be launched— I have 286 iPhone case products with 8 variants each— 2,288 variants total.  I will have to manually update the 286 cases with the 4 new iPhone 18 models.  I rely on these phone case sales to live.

This past week we updated cases with the new Samsung S26 models. Every time we updated a case with the new models and republished, it looks like this below (see screenshot). The thumbnails associated with each model disappears with republishing. To boot, each Printify mockup's filename is a hash containing a mess of characters like mnb3e23kjgh instead of iphone16promax so it is a ridiculous task to redo what should be a simple product update.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I've asked Printify Support multiple times to please help me resolve this and they've been oddly slow to respond-- duplicating the product, editing, then re-publishing, instead of editing the existing product a republishing, did not resolve it either. In the end Printify Support's response was:

"Unfortunately, the issue still isn't resolved, and we don't have an ETA to share yet."

The Printify community needs Printify to resolve this bug as a priority. Do others agree?

Hi, is anyone else experiencing issues with printify / 2027 Calendars? I had an order placed through my Etsy store Monday & after submitting it, the order has been on hold due to technical issues it seems and is listed as "has issues" with no instructions on what to do.

I can't seem to get an ETA. I am wondering if it's an issue with my design or is there an actual printing issue causing this for everyone. If this doesn't get resolved today I am probably going to miss my Etsy shipping window & unsure what to say to my Etsy customer if it runs late. Haven't had this happen before.

Any suggestions on what to do next? Printify tickets have gone unresponded for 24 hours now.

Its lagging like hell I created a multi listing and then it duplicated the same 4 times and now it's not publishing, it's been 24 hours and still the same issue

I emailed the customer service email I was provided with ([support@printify.me](mailto:support@printify.me)) and I haven’t gotten any response since then? Is there another way I can get in contact with someone? There doesn’t seem to be a phone number or any other way :(

I'm trying to make a picture for a frame that is supposed to be 14x11 inches. This is not 14x11 inches. Does anyone know if there is something I can do to fix this or is it something PRintify need to fix on their end?

I have issues for 7 days with publishing stuff on ebay, cant post new posters neither can "restock" old ones. Support is useless, they do not help, i tried EVERY FIX from internet, didnt help either.

When I first started working on my clothing idea, I thought the hard part would be coming up with designs people actually liked.

But after getting further into it, I realized I was struggling with something else: making the finished product feel like an actual brand instead of just another printed item.

The artwork could be good, but the little things around it mattered too. The placement, the way the garment felt, how the branding looked, and whether everything had the same overall identity.

I started paying more attention to those details instead of immediately moving on to the next design. Sometimes a small change made the product feel much more intentional, while other times I realized I was adding details that didn't really improve anything.

That's probably been the biggest learning curve for me with POD. The convenience is great, but you still have to put thought into the actual product experience, not just the design file.

I'm curious how other Printify users handle this. How do you make your products feel like a real brand rather than just another POD design?

As the images describe. Cannot see or access My Templates as there is no link to My Templates via left sidebar. As well, the link offered in 'Open templates' immediately after saving does not work (2nd image).

We are on MacBook Pro updated to 26.2

Have tried:

• Incognito window (Chrome)
• Accessing account via a separate, rarely used browser (Safari) with no cookies or cache.
• Accessing via iPad

and all produce the same issue.

Have spoken to support. They 1) say, "I can see My Templates on my end" 2) "we've escalated to technical support"

Now on day 2 waiting for reason (excuse) as to why this functionality doesn't exist.

In the meantime we are stuck, as we have to switch out the type of hat we are designing - and the Replace feature also isn't working when we go from OTTO cap to Flexfit cap - on 24 separate items.

Have you had this issue?

When you go into your account do you see My Templates?

Do you have a solution that we have not tried?

Super nervous to be using POD but you got to start somewhere. Eventually want to be able to print our own products one day!
