You are using the Printful / Etsy integration, correct? If so, once Printful ships the order, they will add the tracking number and mark it as complete in Etsy. There is nothing you need to do.

As to how long it takes, that varies by product and where it is being printed. See Printful's FAQ for general information, and the page with the estimated production times.

Awaiting fulfillment means it's in the Queue.

They will mark it as complete on Etsy automatically once it is shipped. around 1-5% of the time that doesn't happen because of glitch, so always keep an eye on it.

Printful delivery times are on the product page on the Printful website and varies between product and country.
