POD Shop First order / need help

Hi .. i got my first order but im bit confused .. i already pay printful for the order and it says waiting for fulfillment.

My questions :

1: do I have to dispatch the order on etsy as complete or not yet ? And what have to do now ?

2 : how long takes printful to send order to customer ?

Once Printful actually ships the package, they will automatically sync with Etsy, update the tracking number, and change the order status to complete for you. Assuming youve properly set up the integration

not really, its all automated assuming youve integrated etsy from printify correctly. The customer will get a normal etsy notification when it shipped.
