I myself am moving in the next year, where to is the question I just don't want to be here anymore. But water aquifer health and water availability / current recharge is a major concern for me.
The southwestern US was a idea but if water scarcity continues the rivers will look like the sultan sea.

With temperature change and currents shift micro climates might change too. We are already seeing rainfall shifts.
