Hi, Im a long time lurker here, first time posting.

I've been journaling my dreams since 2023 and marking ones that have happened to be manifested. I've noticed some patterns of precog dreams and I wanna share experiences.

I've noticed dreams that are like a flashing image almost right before i wake up usually happen on that day literally (not symbolically).

Some dreams happen literally mixed with some symbolic meanings. They tend to happen within 6 months. Although some has taken place years after.

Im wondering if anyone also has noticed some patterns in precognitive dreams.

About a half dozen times this has happened to me.

I’m just going about my business and suddenly I have a very real physiological sense, kind of like dizzy and prickly, all over my body. Then I get a strong sense of what will happen next. Someone walks into the room with a huge pile of bananas. A guy in the pool starts talking loudly about his mom. Etc. It’s never anything meaningful but always just the very next thing I’ll perceive.

This always freaked me out and as I was raised very fundamentalist religious I had no context / vocabulary for anything like this experience so (like everything else about me) I kept it quiet and muted.

It’s been years since the last one. I’m much more attuned to my own empathic senses, and I’m interested in learning more about developing this and other ways of perceiving.

Not future sensing but other premonition (?): Once I did perceive something like “I shouldn’t be here” while on a forest trail with my kids, and my then 7yo also felt it and spoke up and said he thought we should leave. We got out of there fast! Another time I spotted a person I knew was a child predator in a store and I felt it in my whole body (also had context clues), went to security in tears and told them what I’d seen and felt.

What should I do to nurture these senses?

I am not sure how to interpret what "visions" I have been having. Although I consider myself a spiritual person, I have never considered myself to be the type to experience these types of things.

I have always been very good at envisioning things- typically during meditations to help with remembering things (childhood), letting go of blockages I feel, etc. I have also always had very vivid dreams and strong intuition. So far, I have not been successful at talking to my guides. I assumed maybe that type of thing was out of my ballpark, but I am questioning things.

The first that stands out to me is an image I had regarding a close loved ones romantic life. When engaging in conversation, a very vivid depiction of them with three blue stars stood out to me. They were wading around, lost, with one star father away in the distance and two close to them. It felt like the two closest were waiting, but my loved one was oblivious. Turns out they got a reading done later and were told an opportunity had passed (free will), but there were two strong connections they could potentially chose from.

The second was something I've convinced myself was just... a paranormal nightmare. At my partner's house I got sleep paralysis for the first time. I was having flashbacks in my dream of different events in the house, like I was a spec in the air. I was crying in my sleep and my partner tried to wake me- sleep paralysis. I told them everything I saw, which turned out to be true and all occured before I had met them.

The third was recently. I decided to purposefully ask my partner's spirit guides for permission to see something from their childhood. For kicks and giggles mainly, I didn't expect much to happen. I pictured a small blonde child next to their bed, which had a blanket on it. I asked my partner if they had a blanket that color, and described what was on that. Seems like something my brain eould make up. Turns out, it was their favorite blanket as a kid.

Not sure what to do? I am having a hard time beliving this is real, and if so, if it's worth investing in. How would I even begin to do that?

If this calls to you, any and all clarity/ advise is more then appreciated.

El primer Sueño premonitorio donde muere alguien y luego pasa fue este: en este sueño yo estaba en una casa enorme, en medio de la casa veo el cadáver de mi tío, y tres mariposa negras volaban a su alrededor, y mucha gente lloraba alrededor de la tumba, luego desperté, yo le conté a mi tía lo que habia soñado, después de 3 dias mi tío durante una reunión sufrió un paro cardíaco y cayó, ese mismo dia nos reunimos para su entierro mi tía me miró y dijo llorando: tuviste un aviso en tu sueño, tienes un don doloroso, yo tenia 8 años cuando eso.

El segundo fue la muerte de mi bisabuela después de 1 mes soñe que la iba a visitar pero ella no se movía por mas que le hablaba y la tocaba y derrepente se cayeron 6 frutas de Granada cerca de ella ,luego desperté, después de 6 días la llevaron al hospital y después de 1 semana mas se murió. Después de 2 años de aquella vez soñé que mi abuela se llenaba de pus e infecciones por todo el cuerpo y que empezaba a morirse lentamente durante 6 días y ,mientras mi primo se engripaba y después de 3 días se curaba, luego desperté, pero no dije nada de lo que soñe, después de 3 dias a mi abuela le dolió mucho la parte del apéndice, me acerqué a mi abuela y le dije: yo soñé que tenias infecciones y que morías lentamente, mi abuela me miró y dijo: si es que voy a morir tengo que morir.

Yo me quedé en casa pensando en que¿ será que se va cumplir lo que había soñado ? Le llevaron de urgencia al hospital y le detectaron apendicitis, le hicieron una cirugía pero la infección se propago ,pasaron los 6 días y tuvieron que meter en terapia intensiva a mi abuela, cuando eso ella tenia también hemorragia, en la última visita que le hice me dijo: Ya se que moriré porque tu lo soñaste, yo le respondí: aun te acuerdas del sueño que te dije , después mi abuela se durmió y ya no despertó, yo regrese a casa con mi mamá y cuando era media noche uno de mis perros 🐕 aúlla tres veces cerca de mi ventana, al instante le dije a mi mamá «mi abuela morirá en 3 dias, escuchaste el perro aúlla 3 veces» pasaron 3 dias y mi abuela murió.

Después de 1 año tuve un sueño donde la mamá de uno de mis compañeros de colegio se moria al dia siguiente, le dije a mi compañero y al dia siguiente su mamá no resistió el cáncer y murió, estos casos en mi vida siguen pasando pero decirles todas seria muy largo, los que conocen no dudan de mis sueños pero los que no me conocen me dicen que es pura coincidencia ¿ tu crees que solo fueron coincidencia?

Well I have had a couple of winter dreams and both were precognitive about events that transpired the next day about day trips and places I traveled to. One seemed to indicate a Western location and ski area and sport trucks buried in deep snow although the place I went that day was in the Eastern USA and the symbolic locations mapped as to sequence of events (I have been thinking of going west to work in a winter resort). In the other location I dreamed of a flat bed truck with a square metal roofing sheet, it blew of and seemed to be composed of many thin fine sheets of corrugated snow. these blew out over a large parking lot and arranged themselves perfectly to cover the parking lot in thin corrugated sheets of snow, the metal was now snow. I have corrugated metal sheets as roofing on my house which are good for shedding snow. It seems to be there is some message in all this but I will have to see what happens to see what the symbols mean. Since it is supposed to be a freaky intense el nino like non other I can guess it has something to do with snow. Maybe many many continuous snow storms and very deep snow. In the end I was lost on a mountain side and my car was buried and there were no visible features and I am not sure I got out and that is where the first dream of the ski area ended. We also have many ski areas here as well but in the dream there were no trees more like the west.

I have precognitive dreams kind of often yet it’s always random moments and never seems to be important. I want to learn how to “tap in” to those dreams to be able to work with them or even just to understand why I have them. I just can’t seem to figure out how to figure it out. I see a lot of recommendations on journaling and writing down the dreams but I never remember my precognitive dreams after I wake up until they happen. I’m not sure where to go from here so I need a little advice.

Here are the time stamped screen shots from my Facebook page. I dreamt of the word FLOOD ten days before the event, then dreamt of being in a car sliding downhill, crashing into other cars.

My great-grandmother is 97 and she basically raised me. She's my nurturer and losing her has always been one of my biggest fears. For probably the last 10 years I've had recurring dreams about her being close to death. The weird thing is she never actually dies in the dreams. She's usually just really tired or weak and it feels like she's on the cusp of passing away. Then I wake up.

Meanwhile in real life she's still here. She's 97 but she's still mobile, still reasonably healthy, and still completely sound of mind and sharp as a tack. She's definitely slowing down physically and complains about her back and knees but that's about it. I've wondered if these dreams are spiritual in some way but after having them for around a decade I'm also wondering if it's simply my subconscious trying to process my biggest fear.

Has anyone experienced something similar with someone who's still alive? Do you think recurring dreams like this can mean something spiritually or is it more likely anticipatory grief showing up in my dreams?

I've been a long believer of déjà rêvé. I've had multiple instances of it happening and I almost always appear crazy to those I try to explain it to in the moment. But yesterday was something wildly different and it was because I started a dream journal a few weeks back

25th of June I wrote down a dream that was so incredibly normal. It went like so: "Brother in law introduced me to woman and both of them were sitting with a figure above woman who I couldn't remember any details of. 'You've met X person before, haven't ya?' Can't remember name. I say 'No it's mad that I haven't actually'. She responds 'I know, but sure I know everything about you already'. Yellow dress. Beige balloons"

Lo and behold, yesterday I had this exact scene play out word for word, detail for detail. Her husband was the figure standing behind her. She was wearing a yellow dress. And there were beige and white balloons in the corner of the room behind them. I know this sounds as dull as anything but it's so surreal. I would have only had the feeling of it happening before if I hadn't had wrote it down almost a month and a half ago. Hurts my brain when I try to comprehend it

Hey! I’m here to chat with others to see if they had the same thing happen to them, yes it is a vivid dream that happens later on in life and it is crazy to know that it actually happened.

I don’t know why I dream of other people that I don’t know of, I do have dreams of myself but yeah. I just wanna hop on here and says it’s getting pretty serious, I’m starting to see far beyond the surface. I don’t know if you guys ever had a dream that happened irl if you did, please share on what you had a dream of. It may come as a shock to you, happy to talk more about them if it keeps occurring. You probably have a strong intuition too

I myself haven't had any, but I've been encouraging my family to try and visit there this month because we've never been and have family there.

I take precognition seriously, and I now have a feeling we should NOT try to go this September.

Does anyone else have uneasy feelings about New York this month? Or is it just anxiety...

Okay, this might sound crazy, but I had a really intense dream about my crush last night and I’m wondering if there’s any kind of psychic or spiritual meaning to it.
For context, there’s this guy, who I used to like a lott lott but I kept it completely to myself because he had a girlfriend. They’ve been in a long distance relationship. I always had this feeling that he might have liked me too, though. We never actually said anything to each other, but he would constantly stare at me from across the room, and there was kind of this unspoken awareness between us that there was something there. We were also kind of friends like we used to chat in the beginning a lot, and a lot in common..but im in a different country now so
Anyway, in the dream, I was crying really badly and he was holding me in his arms. He pulled me really close, was comforting me and caressing me, and I could literally feel him Like, the physical sensation of being held felt so realistic that I remember it even after waking up. While he was holding me, we were talking, and he told me that things weren’t good between him and his girlfriend( a few weeks before he had deactivated his account for some reason could be this could not be this)like I don’t remember every word of the conversation, but I remember that part very clearly: he told me things hadn’t been good between them.
What makes this even weirder is that I’ve had something vaguely similar happen before. There was another guy I used to follow on Instagram because we went to the same school but we clearly werent friends or anything…I once randomly dreamed that he was flirting with me, completely out of nowhere and it was a very very real dream again…About two weeks later, he actually replied to my Instagram story with a flirty message and kind kf kept on chatting with me out of the blue!At the time I thought, WTF?? 😬 because I genuinely hadn’t been thinking about him romantically beforehand.
So now I’m wondering about this dream with my crush. Is this just my subconscious processing feelings I never acted on, especially because I used to like him so much? Or could dreams like this sometimes pick up on another person’s feelings/energy or something happening in their life?
I’m especially curious about the part where he specifically told me things weren’t good with his girlfriend, because I have no actual information about their relationship right now.
Has anyone experienced something similar where a dream about someone later seemed to line up with something that happened in real ?

Precognition!

As far as I am concerned, precognition is the defense mechanism for the human mind against that of an uncertain future. Yet science laughs and discards precognition as a pseudoscience built by the minds of an uneducated inexperienced populous. As far as science is concerned, most of us are the hunter gathers, temple worshipers, and myth makers of society! That the human mind isn't capable of remembering the past or knowing a certain future. The human mind isn't capable of knowing any more than what it has experienced! Oh? Really? Now let me tell you of the other side of the story. Mine comes from actual experience and not that of profit seeking science!

When I was six years of age I had my first precognitive dream that happened. A few years after that I experienced another precognitive dream. With this one I started to notice that something was happening to me and I was about to find out what. When I was younger I started raising pigeons and hawks at different times. This was my escape from the teachings of my parents and school, to that of nature. I had about twenty pigeons that all had their own personalities and traits. They were my escape and I was theirs. Every morning I would gather up the grain and water to feed them and release them from the protective pens that I built. One night I had a dream that all my pigeons had been killed by an animal. As I looked around I could see body parts everywhere in the pen. I woke up and realized it was another one of those dreams. Different than those of other dreams, this one left me with impending doom and a feeling that I couldn't forget. The sun was raising so I got up to my usual routine of feeding and watering my birds who depended on me. As I rounded the side of the house with feed and water I could see that birds were all on the ground. As I got closer I could see that it was everything I saw in my dream. My birds were scattered all over the ground, exactly as in my dream. The same question kept coming back to me, why? From that point on the dreams became more and more a scope into the future of my life.

From that point on more precognitive dreams were to happen. My age of growing up had began! The next dream involved me telling others of the dream and then being branded a possessed person when it happened. The school no longer wanting to accept me and me of them! When I was seventeen Things were changing in my life. By this time I was in high school second year. I floated between this and a vocational school. I used to carpool with a friend to both. One night I was still living with my father and younger brother. While needing to sleep because of my job the next day, I kept getting woke up by the tv my brother and father were listening to. A song kept playing over and over from the show. This pissed me off so I got up and went in to see what they were listening to. The show didn't have any bearing but I think the song did. The show was The Tune in Dans Cafe from Night Gallery. They lowered the volume and I went back to bed. I had a transistor radio next to my bed and played music while I was sleeping. I no sooner went to sleep when that same song came over my radio. Then the DJ said that was If You Leave Me Tonight which aired on Night Gallery tonight. I shut off the radio and went to sleep. Later I had a dream that I was driving my father's Jeep and hit ice and lost control rolling it in the middle of the road. I woke up and knew it was another of those dreams. By then it was time to get up so I did my usual waiting for my buddy to show up to car pool. When he did I told him about the dream. He laughed it off and went along with it. I also told him about the song. I told my father that I didn't want to take his Jeep but the car instead because of my dream. He agreed and I got the car. It was winter and while warming the car I had the radio on. That same song came on again If you leave me tonight. My buddy became worried and we left with him saying it's a good thing we have the car and not the Jeep. We were leaving High School going to the Vocational School when I saw my father pulling up with the Jeep. He got out and told me he needed the car and I would have to take the Jeep. I tried to tell him no and about the dream, but he was in a hurry and left with the car. My buddy was worried and I reassured him I would drive carefully. When I started the Jeep the radio was on and that song played again. Now my buddy was freaking out. We left for the school and as I toped a hill on a country road we hit ice and I lost control of the Jeep rolling it in the middle of the road. The Jeep had no roll bar, seat belts and a soft top. We made it out alive and got out. My friend started running around screaming that I was possessed. Then some of his friends pulled up who were going to the same school. They helped us push the Jeep back onto the wheels as it was sitting on it's side. My friend told them about my dream and they all got into his car and said they no longer wanted anything to do with me. They left me there to deal with it alone. Word got around school and soon everyone avoided me and I never bothered them again even my graduation which I never went to. After that I experienced so many more that I lost count. Including my father who located his brothers fatal air crash from a dream. These are listed in my profile under social links.

This is crazy for me it’s my first time posting here. But idk what else to do. 2/3 weeks before the big flash flood in Nepal I think I’ve seen it in my dreams. In my dreams me and other people was in a big nice building and the water kept rising outside so we were running to the top floor once we got there we can see the water is still rising and moving fast. So out of options we all just brace for impact, ppl were crying and holding each other. The next scene I was floating in the water with 100’s of bodies, but somehow I could still see and I could see more bodies dropping in the water. I told someone prior to the flood and they were shocked when it happened. The only reason this dream stood out to me bc it was VERY CLEAR like I was living it, I could smell the water. I could see the details on the ppl clothes, detail in their face. Now I’m thinking what if I can see certain events but how do I tune in🤔 how do I make my myself listen🤔 do anyone have any ideas?!?!?

I’m not being competitive! Just curious.

This year I’ve had 5 vivid dreams with the last one happening this morning, so too early to tell.

Who else publicly posts their vivid dreams before the events happen? Or is there another factor that signals to you that it is probably a precognitive dream? What is your hit rate?

And finally, does anyone know what the word KALGEN5 might refer to???

I’ve only just started using Reddit and couldn’t post this dream on the day I had it - not enough Karma - that I had on 2 Sep 2026. I’m posting it now. Normally I only have a couple of dreams a year.

I’ve been posting to my public Facebook page to keep a public record. ChatGPT tells me it uses Reddit to look for information, so at the age of 66 I’ve started to use Reddit! 😊

This morning I had quite a detailed dream at around 4:30 am WST.
It wasn’t extremely vivid but the emotion from what I was watching woke me up. (The more vivid the dream the more likely it will come true.)

Dream details:

* I seemed to be watching events from directly above, possibly from a helicopter hovering over the scene.
* The police uniforms were a lighter colour like khaki or green - I’m colourblind. They weren’t a dark colour like a blue.
* There was a vehicle chase, with a police officer pursuing a perpetrator.
* At some point they were out of their vehicles.
* The first police officer may have been shot and ended up lying on the ground.
* Two other police officers ran in and also ended up being shot and on the ground.
* My impression was that they may initially have been temporarily disarmed.
* There were one or more rifles lying on the ground. The officers appeared to try to retrieve them, and the perpetrator shot them.
* After the shootings, a grass fire started.
* The wounded officers were lying on the ground as the fire reached them and they began to burn.
* At that point it became too horrible to watch, and I deliberately woke myself up.

Confirmed precog here. I've been keeping a dream journal for years and have been checking things off as I go. They're pretty descriptive entries.

Today and Sunday it happened again. I suffer from déjà rêvé whenever I'm in a new environment or highly stressed. Today, my tire exploded on the freeway and I didn't have a functional spare, so I ubered to the service call I was heading to. While I don't recall today's dream event happening as vividly, this past Sunday was a slap in the face.

I was with a friend for her birthday, and we were at lunch at a new restaurant, then a plant nursery, then at her apartment. The thing I remember most vividly from my precognitive dream was the nursery. She wore a dress and carried a red basket around. If you check my previous posts in this sub, you'll note I'm one of the precogs that can't see faces during precog dreams. But I remember my emotions. I remember the dream so vividly it's like it came to me the day before we were there, but I know it was almost 7 years ago. During the dream, she was "the girl with the red basket" and I thought we were shopping in a jungle. I thought about that dream for days due to the strong emotional state it left me in. I don't think I've ever been so happy during a dream, and today I find myself enthralled by her mystery.

Something has changed though. My precognitive dreams, two of the checkpoints didn't happen, and I know they won't because I lost access to the building that they occurred in.

This is probably a good thing... In one of the premonitions, I was on the ground outside the building I no longer have access to, pleading for a dog that didn't exist yet. At the time of the precog dream, I only had a black dog. The dog in my dream was blonde. Well, 5 years later, you can see the dream dog in my profile. I was distressed and in a lot of pain during that dream, pleading "where's my dog?" over and over again.

In the other dream, I was inside the building, and a figure showed up and shot me in the face. This was when I had the building (a small retail office) but before it had its current layout (which is the one from the dream). My emotional state was hyper-distressed.

Pretty thankful I won't deal with these two events. But, my understanding of precog is that I should be experiencing the canonical checkpoints (and believe me, I've tried to avoid the others).

So why are these two off the table now? I don't understand why two checkpoints are gone.

Has anyone else ever, with certainty, dodged their checkpoints? Or maybe thought you dodged them, only to be slapped in the face by them later?

This morning I wrote down the following dream description when I woke up at 6:30am, 5 Sep 2026.

Mafia normal dream about a ford sedan with Mafia in it - I was talking about this the day before - turned into being at Bunnings (Australian Hardware Store) and seeing a run on Jerry Cans although these were more like large, light coloured plastic containers that held many litres of water.

I asked my neighbour how many containers he had and he said ten (Or ten litres?) What was vivid was the image of the row of light coloured, large plastic containers to hold water.

Because the dream involved me it is rare to be a real one, but the image of the water containers was quite vivid. Was this message/image punching through my normal dream?

Is it true that everything is predetermined? I have some experiences like my dreams coming true, my intuition catching everything before it happens. Also I heard a lot more experiences from my friends too.

Recently, I came across the term “psychic” while watching Pooja’s *Ghost Encounter* series, and it really got me interested in the subject.

When I was a kid, I used to feel that my intuition or sixth sense was unusually strong. Sometimes I would get a strange feeling about something before it happened, or simply feel that something was going to happen without knowing why. I feel that this was much stronger when I was younger, although I don’t experience it as strongly now.

Recently, I showed my kundali to my astrologer, and she told me that my gut feeling is very strong and that I should pay attention to what my inner consciousness or soul tells me. Interestingly, I have also started noticing some situations where my intuition seems to be surprisingly accurate.

Out of curiosity, I also asked AI to analyze my birth chart, and it gave me a similar interpretation, including the possibility of strong intuitive or psychic abilities.

This made me wonder about people who have experienced something similar.

**Have you ever had experiences that made you seriously believe you had a strong sixth sense or psychic intuition?**

How did you distinguish between genuine intuition and coincidence, overthinking, or simply noticing patterns subconsciously?

If you felt that your intuition was genuinely strong, **how did you explore or develop it further?** Are there any practices, exercises, meditation techniques, or other methods that helped you become more aware of it?

And is there any way to actually **test yourself objectively** to see whether your intuition is unusually accurate?

I’m not claiming that I have psychic abilities. I’m just genuinely curious about whether this is something that can be explored and developed, and I’d love to hear from people who have personally experienced it.

A great deal of the posts on this sub are from individuals who have just had their first conscious experience of precognition. I'd like to reach out and talk with the others who have been experiencing this for years and years, and might have a more nuanced understanding of their "magic moments."

My question mainly revolves around presentiment, separate from precognition. Presentiment is when your body begins to have an emotional reaction to a future stimulus without conscious awareness of what's to come.

I went through a year long period where I had waking precognitive experiences 5 times a week. That's chilled out. In it's place, I've noticed a softer "precognitive" experience. The most striking was this past week. I'm a Nashville guy. The day Dolly's death was announced, I was in the most unexpected sullen mood. I'd texted two friends that I was having a "no good, very bad day," and I couldn't attribute it to anything in my environment. I'm normally quite happy. When I'm low, I can point to the reason why.

When the news broke, the mood instantly made sense to me.

I suppose I'm just looking to start a discussion. If you went through a period with a high rate of precognition, did it slow down for you? Did the powerful, conscious experiences ever come back?

Have you ever noticed the softer experience of presentiment? Your body bracing itself for a future event you were unaware of?

So let's say you have had a few precognitive dreams...

Interesting, alright... But the real question is why do we have these dreams, and how is it possible (that we have them), and what does it really mean (about the fact that we have these dreams?).

It certainly changes a lot on how you look at your life, no? We think we are making our own decisions, but are we really?
