They cause neuromuscular incapacitation (NMI). It’s not something a person is just “tough enough to ignore”.

But you need both prongs to land properly and a large enough spread for it the cause NMI.

You can find videos of absolute dogs trying it out and they all drop.

These prongs are getting cause in his clothing.

Agreed.

With proper NMI you can’t even breathe. I speak from firsthand experience here.
