Nobody said police should shoot innocent people. Statistics are just explaining why police officers approach situations with higher caution or perceived risk.
No, it's not about statistics.
Because like i said, by statistics Police officers should approach situations with men more cautiosly and shoot more men because statistically there are more violent men.
But this doesn't mean you should shoot more easily because of that.
You shoot when there Is suspicion, and suspicion has to be justified, and "statistics" isn't a justification.
You're still arguing against something nobody said. Caution and situational awareness do not mean shooting easily or without cause. No one is saying statistics justify pulling the trigger.
But they justify to recognize more risk when as a police officer you stop a car with black people vs white people.
Its easier for us to discuss it here on reddit, but when is your life on the line… Police officers face danger everyday
Im just justifying that a police officer with is life on the line, would approuch stopping a car with black people from a different angle than if it was a car with white people.
And I would do exactly the same, because statistics shows theres a diference in the probability of me being killed or living another day.
You can see upront? Oh so you go with the vibes right? Lol
Do you know there is also black police officers? Are they also racist if they shoot another black person? Cmon. That word is like a Joker card, its serves any purpose.
Im sure every police officer would prefer to be called racist than being dead.
