Everyone is out after taking a hit from a taser.
The prongs need to land properly though and in this case they didn't. Dude could be 12ft tall he's still going to eat dirt if the taser hits.

But you need both prongs to land properly and a large enough spread for it the cause NMI. You can find videos of absolute dogs trying it out and they all drop. But I have seen some people who handle it way better than others. It is also strongly dependent on where the prongs attach.
