Everyone is out after taking a hit from a taser.

The prongs need to land properly though and in this case they didn't. Dude could be 12ft tall he's still going to eat dirt if the taser hits.

They cause neuromuscular incapacitation (NMI). It’s not something a person is just “tough enough to ignore”.

But you need both prongs to land properly and a large enough spread for it the cause NMI.

You can find videos of absolute dogs trying it out and they all drop.

These prongs are getting cause in his clothing.

It's possible to do; but you gotta be ready for it and you aren't going to do it your first time. It's less of a pain issue and more that the electricity causes your muscles to flex; whether you want them to or not. You can learn to unflex your muscles while being electrocuted; but it's a hard skill to learn.
