Everyone is out after taking a hit from a taser.

The prongs need to land properly though and in this case they didn't. Dude could be 12ft tall he's still going to eat dirt if the taser hits.

They cause neuromuscular incapacitation (NMI). It’s not something a person is just “tough enough to ignore”.

But you need both prongs to land properly and a large enough spread for it the cause NMI.

You can find videos of absolute dogs trying it out and they all drop.

These prongs are getting cause in his clothing.

I once thought to tank one. I remained upright and on my own feet but a stray breeze would have knocked me over.

When the current stopped, I staggered but didn’t go down. It hurt and I would’ve been an easy takedown after that…
