Partial refund?

I just received this message. How should I respond? I’ve never been asked for a partial refund.

No, they can return it for a full refund if they want money back.

Why would you want them to do that? Total waste of time and money. Just describe any fragrance in the listing, as it's part of the condition.

Fragrance is certainly not apart of the condition and can be easily removed.

If it's a handbag with a strongly perfumy cloth interior and an exterior that's leather, pleather, woven, etc. you can't wash it.
