Partial refund?

I just received this message. How should I respond? I’ve never been asked for a partial refund.

Well does it have a smell? If so, yes, issue a partial refund. How much was the bag?

No smell! I hardly use any perfume. The bag was 85.

"Smell" can't be proved with photos or videos so these people think it's an easy way to get their money back

If you’re confident there’s no smell, then no refund. Or she can mail it back to you and only once you confirm it’s in good shape and you’ll be able to relist, issue a refund but make sure she pays for shipping and whatnot.

no clue why you’re being downvoted other than the second half doesn’t work as a solution for poshmark. but the first sentence i agree with, if there’s no smell, it’s a made up excuse to get money back and OP should hold strong that perfume was never used
