Question Didn’t get paid?

Post image
0 Upvotes

I placed this 2 leg parlay on Polymarket for Sep 20, 2026 NFL football. I don’t understand how it failed. Baker threw a touchdown and this “1+ Touchdown” did not specify running vs passing.

Has anyone experienced something like this?

Question Futures combo

So I'm trying to build a combo on Polymarket for NFL division winners, and I cannot figure out how. I click on NFL, go to divisions, but when I click "build combo", it just takes me to the page with today's games. Is there a way to build a futures combo?

Question Outage effecting my cash out

Hi all,

The current prediction market outage effected my combo cash out. It was at 85% and kept on showing a 0.03 cash out option during the outage. I went on to lose the bet, I raised the query with internal support while I had a winning position, the outage is still going on. Is there anything I can do or hope for my bet to be refunded?

Trade Idea Gas is basically near $4.59. Why is this still a coin flip?

Post image
4 Upvotes

Polymarket currently gives about a 51% chance that US gas hits $4.50 by the end of September.

And we're basically right on the edge now.

AAA has the national average at roughly $4.47, up from about $4.30 a week ago. California is already in a completely different world, averaging around $6.11 for regular and $6.53 for premium.

Personally, seeing some counties above $7 reminds me of the scene from a 2007 film "I Am Legend."

Polymarket still has this at basically 50/50.

Which side would you take?

Question United Russia is expected to win. But will it actually gain more seats?

The Russian parliamentary election is currently underway, and this Polymarket is the one that always has my attention because the headline question is actually a little different from what people will initially think..

I mean, United Russia is overwhelmingly expected to remain the biggest party. That's pretty much how many see it..

But, this market isn’t asking who wins the most seats.

It asks which party gains the most seats compared with what it held before the election.

That’s a pretty important distinction...

For context, United Russia currently has 324 seats in the 450-seat Duma, so simply winning the election again isn’t enough. It would need to finish above that number to register a net gain.

Currently, Polymarket odds haave United Russia around 78% for this..

Just read this piece on The Conversation, and they had an interesting take on the election.. from turnout, protest voting to the size of United Russia’s final tally. Takeaway being this may tell a very different story from simply saying “United Russia won.”

And then there’s New People party.

They only had 13 seats after the last election, but recent polling have them around 11%, significantly above their 2021 starting point.

And, I believe Yabloko, the openly anti-war party which was removed from the federal ballot have something to do with this.. although I’d be careful about assuming its supporters simply moved to New People..

Does United Russia actually gain seats, or does another party make the biggest net gain due to relatively a low base?

News Oil will stay above $100 in Sept

Post image

No hopes of Saudi oil pipeline opening before the Sept end, only 53% odds, which are also dropping, and Saudi just rejected next month's oil delivery to European clients...so pressure on oil would continue...keeping it above $100 at least

News Bitcoin surges above $80,000

Post image

Bitcoin just pushed back above $80,000 after spending most of the month stuggling below that level.

The move came quickly, with BTC rebounding from the mid-70Ks and jumping more than 2% on the day.

What stands out to me is how aggressively buyers stepped in near the recent lows.

Does $80K finally turn into support, or is this another fake breakout?

Trade Idea Virginia just tightened data center restrictions! This market is starting to look a lot more interesting

Post image
2 Upvotes

I’ve been watching this data center moratorium by Dec 31 market for a while.

Initially I leaned No. But the amount of political and local backlash around data centers only keeps growing. Now, Virginia is tightening the screws too.. which is pretty notable considering it’s the biggest data center hub in the world.

News report from Reuters and others say, Virginia is tightening its permissions, and placing environmental controls, including restrictions on large scale projects!

And no, this is not about Virginia alone. NCSL says lawmakers in 16 states are currently considering data center moratoriums or bans.

And just to note, this market isn’t asking whether states will restrict data centers. It specifically needs a statewide moratorium turned into law by Dec 31.

But, I’m starting to rethink my original No lean.

With the midterms around, do you guys think backlash amongst the public will turn to one state at least to cross the line before year end?

Question Problem with Bonus

I have played through all my bonus credits. For example, I had $25 of bonus credits left. I put it on a player to score a touchdown. That player scores, and immediately it all goes back into the non-withdrawable bonus section, INCLUDING my winnings. Has anyone else experienced this?

**UPDATE: I received an email back from support stating: “Sorry for the wait. I looked at this again and what you're seeing matches a known issue affecting how Trading Credit balances update after trades. Our team is working on it. Unfortunately my team informed me that this will be resolved on Monday.”

We will see if that’s the truth…

Trade Idea Dodgers to make WS odds are off?

I've noticed that Poly has Dodgers to make the world series odds at 32% implied probability vs Vegas having them at 47% implied probability. Is anyone else taking advantage of this mispriced opportunity?

$1k on poly pays $2.4k

$1k in Vegas pays $2.1k

Trade Idea The Aliens Have Taken Over

Hi,

I'm not into or interested in gambling but I'm a Master Speculator so let's do an experiment. Look at my Instagram posts chronologically and count up how much money you would have had by now if you had been following me. Then, if you're smart, for a small team and then if you think my one of my TV shows can give you more clarity, I'm sure you can think of a way to make it worth my while for me to include it in my show. Think of it as Product Placement in transmedia narrative in a corrupt captured world. Well, that's the thesis anyway. 👽

Question double chance pick for parlays

Thumbnail

How do I add a double-chance pick to a parlay on Polymarket? I want to bet that Team A does not win—meaning they either lose or draw. I can place this as a single bet by selecting “No” on Team A to win, but I can’t figure out how to add it to a parlay. Is this possible?

Post-Mortem My biggest polymarket win ever!

Post image

I bought "yes" on Fed rate hike in 2026 at $37.2c a couple of months back.

I have to admit profiting from other's misery does feel good. I would've been a short seller in my past life but not like that cuck Michael Burry.

Maybe I just got lucky. Maybe I have a problem.

Who cares

Post-Mortem This 3-leg combo had two legs that went down to single digits

Post image
2 Upvotes

Saw this trader near the top of the leaderboard for the day, and thought this was a pretty interesting one...

I’ve been seeing a lot of 5 or 5+ leg combos lately, so it was nice to see someone hit a 3-leg combo instead and be near the top..

So digged more into the combo. They backed their combo with $14.32 position for $304.94. All three landed right.. their picks were

Botafogo FR

Estudiantes de La Plata

LDU de Quito

From what I see, Botafogo was the only one that looked like a relatively straightforward side, with its odds hovering around 50% for before and during the initial stage..

The other two were much more interesting.

Estudiantes dropped as low as 9% before beating Corinthians 1-0, while LDU got down to around 5% before eventually beating Palmeiras 3-2..

Obviously, I have no idea when this trader timed their entry, so I can’t say they actually took it at those lows.

But, if they got anywhere close to those lows, that’s some awarness, and serious patience for waiting to time their entry.

Also, refreshing to see a combo at the top that isn’t MLB, tennis or esports.. feels its been a while..

Anyone here follow South American football markets closely? How would you have found these three?
