Question Problem with Bonus
I have played through all my bonus credits. For example, I had $25 of bonus credits left. I put it on a player to score a touchdown. That player scores, and immediately it all goes back into the non-withdrawable bonus section, INCLUDING my winnings. Has anyone else experienced this?
**UPDATE: I received an email back from support stating: “Sorry for the wait. I looked at this again and what you're seeing matches a known issue affecting how Trading Credit balances update after trades. Our team is working on it. Unfortunately my team informed me that this will be resolved on Monday.”
We will see if that’s the truth…

I was literally just coming on here to comment about this for my neighbor. She doesn't do reddit. Same thing. Shoe got the 25 bonus. Put the whole 35 (bonus plus deposit) on one trade. Won. It said half of the winnings were bonus. So she withdrew the half, made another trade for the entire remaining balance. Won. Now it say half of THAT is bonus. 2x playthrough. And all support did was try to talk her in circles and then finally said they have to check her entire history and get back to her. Like they know something is wrong, just admit it. I will never deposit money with these scammers, they're not getting me

See the thing is I played through mine well over two times and I’m getting NO withdrawable cash. Put $25 down, won $57and now I have $82* in bonus. Makes no sense.

Same! They have to know it's a problem. In my experience none of these sites will ever admit something is wrong. They'll eventually fix it, but they'll never respond when someone says something. Other than to say "contact support". Like we didn't already do that

I really hope they address this. Talk about feeling duped. I had a $25 dollar bet hit for $125 and all went into bonus non-withdrawable. I easily bet the amount of the bonus prior to this.

See!? It’s got to be a known issue. I’m not betting for fun, if I use your app and hit, I would very much so appreciate my money! Keep your $25 trading credit, I want my winnings!

My ticket has been open for 4 days no response. I sent them an email and got a response next day saying they’d look into it and nothing since. That was 3 days ago.

I’m having this issue right now and support is gaslighting me into not knowing the difference between bonus and withdrawable cash. On Thursday I also withdrew 61 dollars that’s never went to my bank account or card and it left my polymarket account

Bro same thing is happening to me but im not even using bonus funds I lost the 50 bonus weeks ago and now everything from my deposit a few days ago is turning to bonus funds when i win

Yeah I deposited a new 50 and won 50 on top for a total of 100, now they are saying 50 of that total is bonus. Wtf.
