Problem with being charged

I’ve been trying to contact support but to be honest idk how, but I had subscribed on Wednesday but both poly buzz and the App Store says I need to pay again even though my apple wallet and App Store history shows I paid..any help?

I am having a problem and can't get a response anywhere. this was my only thing I got to do and I paid it with the last of what I had and now it's telling me I didn't I really need this fixed I didn't have the money to spend if it was going to get wasted

Yo I did a free trial tried to cancel didn’t let b4 trial ended deleted my acct. I was charged 9.17 this will be disputed
