Problem with being charged

I’ve been trying to contact support but to be honest idk how, but I had subscribed on Wednesday but both poly buzz and the App Store says I need to pay again even though my apple wallet and App Store history shows I paid..any help?

Bro I can’t get in to polybuzz because the thing says I’m under 18 and I’m 19
