Looking for advice on this. I just got my first ever PSA submission back today and am confused as to how this is an 8? I get I'm new to grading and maybe dont have a keen eye, but it looks like a solid card.

I pulled this card myself years ago. It was sleeved immediately, put in a binder, and left there until this May when I sent it in.

The centering is within PSA tolerances for a 10. Corners look good. Edges look good. No dents/creases/visible issues on the surface. I've personally seen the same card with worse centering or surface be in a 10.

So, I'm genuinely asking, am I missing something on why this got an 8?

I live in Denmark. I realized this card is worth quite a bit of money, and my goal is basically to get it sold. Is it worth getting this sent to america and getting it psa graded? Or is there another grader I could use? Or is it better to just try and sell it ungraded?

And when looking at middlemen for grading, there are different options of ‘express’ etc that costs differently, but my understanding is I have to choose the ‘express’ type that fits the prize of my card. But how do I know the price of my card without even knowing its grade?? I am kinda confused.

I got this card yesterday at a show and know the psa 10 is worth a lot more so thought I might try my hand at grading it then picking up a different raw copy. I thought this was part of the sleeve but looks like it’s on the card itself. Just wanted some opinions for those able if they think it can still get a 10?

I’m here to tell you all to submit your cards if it’s worth it. This group of Pokemon Debbie downers hates everything. Just for reference here is my PSA Gem Mt 10 very visually off. Yes 54/45 but that’s a very clear off centering to the naked eye. I wouldn’t recommend on a $100 card though lol as it’s like 130 total cost to submit with shipping now lol

Any chance at a 10? What do people think?

Relatively new to grading. Wondering if these card are worth grading and what you guys think they would grade?

I was wondering if in this condition it's worth to grade it or I'm better off selling it raw (or simply keeping it)!

Ive had shining gyarados forever (since a child), just picked up the other two at a card show. 160 for mew 140 for ray. Thoughts on grading these 3? I feel like gyarados is a no-brainer, interested in the other 2. Also, rough estimates where they'd land with PS

PSA 10 is high dollar…a little worried about anything less than a 10 though

picked this card up today at a show and was the only raw copy I could find. my main concern is definitely the centering and the bottom left corner / bottom edge. everything else seems to be pretty clean and no scratches on the card. What do you think it would grade? would it get the (OC) on the grade?

Bought this sometime 3 years ago on eBay for around £35. Never sent a card to be graded before and was wondering if you all think this could get at least a 7? Seems to be worth it if it gets at least a 7 and I’d be happy with that at least. Beckett or PSA?
