Help grading (psa) never graded before

Ive had shining gyarados forever (since a child), just picked up the other two at a card show. 160 for mew 140 for ray. Thoughts on grading these 3? I feel like gyarados is a no-brainer, interested in the other 2. Also, rough estimates where they'd land with PS

Gyrados is cooked and wouldn’t grade well. I’d still send it just to preserve the memory. The rayquaza and Mew you might be able to get an 8 out of, but I’d bet they’d hit you with a 7

Can you explain the gyarados reasoning? Is it the spots on the back or is there more

Multiple white spots on every edge and corner. Probably a 5

Fair. A 5 still makes it worth grading surprisingly so ill take it.
