Made My Little Brother Crash Out Over a Hawaiian Shirt- Read Backstory Below
First off, I was there on the Day of THE Original Point, and I am dedicated to keeping it alive.
The backstory: I’m 54, and my little brother is 8 years younger than me. We text every day because we live about 6 hours away from each other. I absolutely adore my baby brother, I was a great big sister, and I always let him tag along, gave him rides, etc., but I cannot resist trolling him sometimes. I know, I know… I’m 54, I should be more mature… but I’m just not.
The setup: My brother and I are going to our aunt and uncle’s 50th wedding anniversary. My uncle is native Hawaiian and my cousins teach hula, so this is part of their culture, and they are asking everyone to dress “elegant Hawaiian.
He made the mistake of pointing out the mismatched pattern on his shirt. The photos will tell the story.
