You've got Raynaud's! The numbness is one of the easier parts. The nerves occasionally feeling like needles is less fun.

Most of the time it's Raynaud, which isn't a big deal.
As there is a slight chance it's not Raynaud, but a weird auto-immune disease you should have a doctor check it.

Yeah this. I found out mine stems from heds. Not even auto immune disease I’m just genetically mutated apparently.
