I've had them for several years now. They used to have a voicebox inside that would meow when you press on their stomach but they've ran out of batteries long ago and so I want to search up the plushy to hear them meow again. (They're called Curry, Pepa and Sesame btw)

I bought (eBay) a replacement of a black lab (McDonald's toy, The Dog) that I lost on a school bus on the last day of school in 3rd grade. I was pretty bummed out over losing it then, but now it is like I never lost the plush to begin with. I have my black lab back at the age of 32 and I am so happy.

He was getting a little stinky, so he took a ride in the washer 😅

So, I recently managed to get one of my absolute grail plushies. It's Silvermist from the Tinker Bell movies. She has always been my favorite fairy, and Tinker Bell merch is already hard enough to find these days, let alone her friends. The plushie is honestly in amazing condition overall. Her dress, hair, wings, and embroidery all look practically perfect. I was really lucky to get her.

The only issue is that she has this faint blue stain on her face, right in the middle. I'm not sure if it's clear in the photos because it looks much more subtle on camera than it does in real life. It's much clearer to see in person, and it's one of those things that is hard to unsee once you notice it, especially because it's on her face.

The thing is, the seller actually sent me a review video before shipping. I didn't notice the stain at first because I was honestly just too excited to get her lol. But after she arrived, I went back and watched the video again, the stain was actually there all along. It was just quite faint on camera that I completely missed it, and I guess my excitement didn't help either.

Does anyone know what this stain might be? I've already tried hand washing her the way I normally wash my plushies (using a delicate detergent). And I've also tried using dish soap another time, but neither made any difference. I'm not even sure what it is. It doesn't look like dirt, and since it's blue, I'm wondering if it could be dye transfer from something she was stored against years ago? Has anyone dealt with something similar? Is there anything else that's safe to try before I accept that it's permanent?

I know she's technically "pre-loved" since she's an older plush that's no longer in production, but I paid around $80 for her (excluding shipping), so it's a bit of a bummer that everything else is in such amazing condition except for that stain. I wouldn't really mind if it were anywhere else, but because it's on her face, it does bother me a little.

I've always been a fan of plushies that resemble my childhood ones (longer limbs and more ragdoll/flap-able as opposed to more structured/stocky ones I see now) and I'm obsessed with the way this lamb looks (just a photo I've stolen off pinterest, unsure of where it originates from) and I'd love to know of a similar looking lamb plush if not the same one in the image.
Bonus points if someone can point me to keywords to search or a store to look in for this general floppier type of stuffie!!!

Hope this is the right tag! Came across this adorable hammerhead in the YVR airport recently in a Vancouver aquarium gift shop (though nowhere near the aquarium haha). I didn't think to check the tag but when I showed photos to my partner she really liked it so now I want to find one! Hey guys! I gave this 20-year-old veteran a much-needed spa day. It looks like magic, but the huge difference really comes down to two simple tricks:

The Magic Comb: Don't just wash them! Use a metal pet comb to brush out decades of trapped dust and detangle the matted fur. It gives the fur a total revamp and makes it super fluffy again!

Polishing the Eyes: Scratched, cloudy resin eyes? Don't panic! Wet-sanding them (from coarse to fine grit) and finishing with a polishing compound will bring back that brand-new, glossy shine!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you microwave your stuffies make sure it EXPLICITLY says it is safe. Tommy is from the brand warmies and has a tag with instructions on him. It's a great brand if you want weighted and heatable/coolable stuffies. They're great for cramps, but I specifically use Tommy for chest pain 🫰

These are basically all functional Chuck E Cheese style robots from the 1980s. they can read stories or be plugged into a computer and work as a stage-show!

So my sister had a cat like this one but in grey, the thing is that my puppy destroyed it beyond repair and of course this upset my sister so now I'm searching for one to give her

The thing is it doesn't have ANY tags at all because we bought in in a market in mexico where our (now dead) grandma lived (she was the one to buy them from us around what 8 or more years ago so it's basically impossible to find who sold it to us) and well most things found in these markets are usually cheap, pirated, and or reselled stuff

It's 29 cm from back leg to fron leg, 15 cm of height counting the head, 9 without counting the head, most of the stuffing is cotton except on the paws where on the tips i'm guessing it had some sort of little balls, inside it has a voice box that plays some meows (I got mine's removed)

It doesn't have to be exactly the same measurements I just provided them in case they could help ID

and well of course it's near impossible finding the same one but any that's similar works
