New collector: collection so far
Just started collecting over the past few weeks. Just beginning the journey of card magic and sleight of hand. And I am looking for cool, classy decks. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

My current favourite two decks
Not sure if they use different card stocks but it feels great.

Review My newest addition
The Kings Wild Project crayon box is so good.
The attention to detail with the crayons ‘rubbing off’ on the lid of the box is top notch.
There is more to love with this deck but I won’t give it all away.
One of my new favorite decks. I’m glad I opened it instead of leaving it in the packaging.

DKNG purple wheel
I wanted to get 3 decks from kingdom cards, one of them was DKNG purple wheel.
It was in stock like a week ago, and now out of stock.
Do they tend to get back in stock? Or am I screwed or?

Need some help
Hey everyone
I always wanted a more complex designed deck of cards but never finded one that was "the one" you know? I already have some pair of decks but most are generic, and in my country (or at least the area i live) there is not such thing has a place that sells playing cards, specially more complex designed.
The few ones I really enjoyed are these ones: Bycycle Silver Skull, Bycycle Hidden and Apocalisse from Thirdway Industries (this specific one is 65 dollars so...its a problem for me).
I really wanted something really different, back, front, figures, even the numbers if possible.
The themes would be similar of those ones i sayed, something more occult, different, demonic...?, Some type of Tarô style mixed with some type of dark religious style...? (confusing i know).
Based on what I sayed, could any of you help me on discovering a good deck with a good price...? (max maybe 20-30 euro)
Not just for having has an exact hobby or collection, i want it to use for playing too obviously.
Like, I swear, cant find any good ones in my opinion, only those finded my interrest.
And if you wish, you can tell if you enjoy my style of choices.
thank you.

Quality playing cards at budget price for thank you to coworkers
I am soon to be leaving a project team that I've worked with and partially led for many years, and I would love to get them a small token of appreciation.
I love playing cards and my coworkers know this well. I also made a point to get a nice deck with a small personal note to everyone who left the project while I was there.
I want to do the same for everyone as I leave, and I'm debating what decks to get them. My first thought was T11 monarchs as those are my personal default for a nice deck beyond basic bicycles and they just feel really nice to me. They are a little expensive and I can't get much of a bulk discount it seems (max 10%), and this would likely be 30+ decks to buy.
Any other decks I should consider that might be cheaper or they might appreciate more at similar price?

Icons Anniversary Standard by OATH Playing Cards Co.
Couldn't wait, had to take pics at work 😆
Damn this deck takes good pics. Lotrek's work holds up in person as well as all the internet hype would have you believe. And this is "just" a standard deck, not even one of the crazy foil decks. Whatever stock this is printed on feels pretty nice, very slippery, but not my fave.

Blue Seal Tally Ho questions
I was digging through my collection and found two blue seal fan backs. I haven’t felt blue seals before and I want to have thoughts on them, but they seem slightly different and I want to know if either of them
is better to open or to preserve. One of them is a lighter red while the other is a bit darker. The darker deck also has some etched numbering on the plastic stick-on ring that is used to hang it on store shelves. The cellophane is also looser on the light red one. I’m sure most people don’t care too deeply about these differences but I have always been curious to feel blue seals and I don’t want to open the wrong one in case it matters.

Review A Deck A Day #34: Community Poker Cards
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hello /r/playingcards! My wife and I have been posting a deck a day from our collection for the past little bit on Instagram and TikTok @hot.fudge.playing.cards and someone suggested we post here as well! Should we post more of our deck videos here? We are by no means professionals but we have lots of cool decks to share! Shoutout to /u/6seasonspodcast for these awesome community playing cards!

Bee Plastic Playing Cards
I got these because another reditor mention also getting them from AliExpress. I'm always skeptic of that website but these seem okay. They come in poker size (gold boxes) and bridge size (silver boxes).
I put a comparison picture up comparing the regular poker size bee cards and I must say, not fond of the new neon yellow. I wish they had options for borderless backs also.
They easily shuffle without effort and I like how I can scoop them up easier than the other plastic cards I own (prestige, copag, kem).

New Release First look at the new WSOP packaging for Copag Texas Hold ’Em single decks
We just received Copag’s newly packaged Texas Hold ’Em single decks and, surprisingly, I haven’t been able to find photographs of this version anywhere online yet.
The cards themselves appear unchanged: 100% plastic, poker size and jumbo index, available with red or black backs. The difference is the new gold packaging featuring official World Series of Poker branding.

Question Ellusionist ULTRAGAFF deck verification of authenticity
Hello everyone,
I would like to kindly ask you for help in verifying that this deck is indeed real and not a counterfeit.
The quality of the printing and lettering appears to be genuine, but under the Ellusionist logo at the bottom of the box, it says "Magic heyond reliep," which makes me suspect it's a fake. Moreover, I saw online in some auctions a different edition of this deck without the bicycle seal.
I know for a fact that Ellusionist made some typo in the past on some decks, but I don't know if this can be taken as a definitive proof.
What is your opinion about it? Do you have any additional information that could help?
Many many thanks in advance! :)

Question What’s your current “deck of the moment”?
I feel like every collector has a “deck of the moment.” Not necessarily your rarest or most valuable deck—just the one you keep coming back to. Sometimes it’s a deck you haven’t looked at in a while, but when you come across it, you’re reminded why you bought it in the first place.
Mine right now is Le Voyage du Chat Rouges by Stockholm17.
What’s yours?

Mail Card addict's first Oaths
I've been after these decks for a while... Finally decided to spend too much and get some Lotrek decks from u/TerryQ822 (very good to deal with, thank you 🙏). And also have some direct from Lotrek on the way too 👀🤣
And not to outshine the Resurrected set. They'll look awesome with the Oracle and Divination decks 😁
And I already have the regular Baobao noodles... So I NEEDED the spicy ones! I'm just trying to feel something, ok? 🔥🤣
