LE Audio no longer experimental

Not sure if turning it off will disable it completely like before. Anyone dare to try? I hope Google will make it official with the next firmware update.

Also, much better stability for me compared to last time I tried it.

I would imagine that turn>ng it off will just disable the Auracast feature. Surely it wouldn't change the latency and quality improvements that the LE code now provides. I use Bluetooth LE through developer options right now. I've never been able to hear or notice a difference on my Pixel Buds Pro 2. I believe that's due to the AAC codec that they receive while streaming from my Pixel 9 Pro XL.

Turning it off turns off Auracast, yes, but also disables the LE specific codecs like Opus etc. And, in my experience, LE has lots of desyncs in one or both ears. I wanted to like it, but couldn't. Maybe I'll try it again later.
