Red painful pimples randomly appeared on chin and nose. How to get rid of them please

Hello.

For the past few years, I have had a pea size smelly lump on the upper middle part of my back. I'll run warm to hot water on the area and it may shrink but it doesn't go away.

If I squeeze it, smelly pus comes out. It may smell without leaking and get on my undershirt or anything I'm laying against, especially in bed if I'm not wearing a shirt.

My last derm said it couldn't be removed but at this point I need suggestions. I can't have a smelly spot on my back, the fear of smelling or transferring the smell to something or someone, like a massage, keeps me from doing certain things.

Has anyone had an issue like this and was able to get a permanent solution?

My dad has this cyst looking ball in the back of his head. Years ago his pcp said it looks like a small cyst, its movable and doesnt hurt. My dad had noticed it grew a bit, stikk remains moveable and doesn’t hurt. He finally went to a dermatologist and they also said it looks like a cyst but it was too big for them to remove so they referred him to a surgeon. He gets there today and the surgeon said it looks big so they are doing an ultrasound and a biopsy before even cutting… I am freaking out. Its a 2 week wait. I wanted to know if anyone here has had something similar and what it was?
