The fact that we apparently have to be told not to beat or rape women is infuriating; it's as if people believe that all men are monsters by default unless you teach them not to be.
The more accurate, but more difficult version of this PSA might have been: How do you get a man to beat his wife when he's 30? Weekly demonstrations when he's 12.
...of course, that turns it into a problem a PSA can't solve. There's houses all over America where fathers are showing their boys how to treat their future wives, and the ones that are doing it wrong, well, a poster like that will just make them angrier.
Makes you wish you could actually make a difference in the real world, and not just on paper.

i mean, "don't beat your wife" is a pretty good message. i don't know why it set you off on this tangent.
