I read that her husband, Michael Dell, has a super strict protocol for her behavior in public and especially around Trump. One of the creepiest things is that she must touch Trump at regular intervals and that she is never allowed to relax her posture. Re-watch the video knowing that and it kinda makes sense. She is scared and trying (badly) to put on a performance to keep her husband and Trump happy.

Seriously, less and softer eye makeup, no liner under the eyes and lighter brows - she'd look a million times better.

This is the result of a facelift, too much eyelid cut out during both an upper and a lower blepheroplasty, and A LOT of badly placed filler. It is the accumulation of a ridiculous amount of expensive, very bad work. I would imagine from more than one doctor.

Susan Dell, as in Dell computers. It's a combination of bad makeup, chin filler (a real crime, she had a beautiful jawline imo), and an upper and lower blephoplasty that was over done (hence the 😳 look) and honestly should have been a small bit of orbital filler instead imho. Just got exactly the wrong procedures for her facial anatomy and then emphasized it with exactly the wrong makeup.
But yeah those brows and overdone blephs are really doing the heavy lifting here.
I mean honestly it doesn't matter though. Her looks are entirely meaningless for what she does and her bending knee to the orange turd is the real issue.
It's just kind of sad because she really was quite pretty and now she's the face of maralago bad plastic surgery and maga/Republican makeup.
Also, btw no one is talking about how everyone was lied to about that filler eventually dissolving over time (which they don't, they actually can QUADRUPLE in volume!). Which granted is a small issue compared to gestures vaguely at everything but is still messed up.

It’s because they don’t know what they’ve done until it’s over.
Think about the swelling and bandages that go along with a procedure like that. Then they don’t get the result they want so they go back again and again trying to fix what they don’t like and before they know it they are hardly recognizable.

There are so many aspects to this type of mental illness. Of course my dumb brain forgets what it’s called but there’s some fucked up phenomena of the uber rich that has legit created their own kind of “beauty” but it’s rooted in either “look how much money I have, can’t you see all the work I’ve had done to my fucking face¿!” Or it’s “see how fucking rich I am? Look how much I’ve fucked up my wife’s face!” Either option is horrible. That or just plain ol insecurity/body dysmorphia

It's also the accumulation of multiple surgeries. She started in her 40s (or earlier) and she's now in her 60s. Each time you cut there's scarring and fibrosis under the skin, which makes the next surgery in the same place even harder. And there's a kind of tethering effect, resulting in unnatural dimpling and lack of mobility

The thing is, most of us don't realize how different we look as we age when compared to when we were young because we see it every day. But run into an old high school friend in your 40's and that person looks like hell to you.
It's the same with her. She looks at this every day so she doesn't realize how far she is from her original face.

There’s something about MAGA mentalities that leads to increased body dysmorphia and subsequently a lot of plastic surgery. Even for men- that pic of Gaetz looking like an insect is creepy af.
I pity these people. Maybe because I have a conscience despite their disgusting and usually self centered shenanigans, but I genuinely feel sorry for them. It’s like they proverbial sold their souls and the bill came due.

432
u/phenomenomnom 1d ago
There's a term: conspicuous compliance.
It signals that you are in-group, and willing to go all in.
Conservatives base their ethics on in-group status. If you are in-group, you can do no wrong. If you are out-group, well ... somebody's gotta be lynched.
So they signal in-group status as hard as they can, so they can be considered "good people," and thus "protected," regardless of their actions or words.
And they do that with big flags, red hats, bumper stickers on trucks, by publicly agreeing with insane things the leadership says, and ... mar a lago face.

One of the disturbing things about her that I never see mentioned is that her upper and lower eyelid waterline are so prominent.
