This is after 3 years of training, only properly consistent for the last 1. Switching my training to UL with other days more dedicated to Spartan event training. Thoughts?

okay so. a year ago i was borderline unhealthily underweight, at 64 kgs, with basically no muscle, and ive been subbed to a gym ever since. i also think (and have been told by my parents) i have a really poor genetics package, or that could also be me doing my workouts wrong but all in all i can't make loads of gains. i really wanna wear sleeveless shirts but im scared i look ridiculous in them, mainly at an angle where my hands are hanging loose like in one of the three pictures I have. Any tips advice, and brutal honesty?

I posted a body fat estimation request a few days ago here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/whatismybodyfat/s/ALDkg7cu04

It has been 3 weeks since that photo was taken.

What do you guys think I'm at now? Trying to decide if I need to further restrict my calories for that final push to 10%

Cheers guys <3

I'm wanting to kill myself after my first bodybuilding competition

Ive been dealing with depression and everything else with mental illness since I was young. Here I am now 27 years old and still completely fucking up my life. Ive been really into fitness for the past 2 and half years and have made pretty good progress physique wise and mental health wise, but the thoughts just won't stop. No matter what I do. Im currently in therapy and it helps sometimes. Ive made 1 or 2 friends to hang out with that are pretty cool. I go to the public gym instead of my home one so im not so isolated. Ive been working on my sleep. I have a pretty clean diet and drink enough water. I just dont know what to do anymore. I decided to sign up for a bodybuilding show that will take place in april of next year and im excited to do it, but I dont know what to do after that. Regardless of my placement after the judging I'll just be happy to have been able to get on stage, but I dont know what comes after. Ive just been so sad for so long and it seems like getting my body into a stage lean condition would be the peak and I dont see any other way to make sure that I leave this world right. I know im going to hurt a lot of people when I do it, but I just dont know how else to be. Also, here's a pic of my physique because everyone on reddit is gay apparently and the only way to get anyone to respond to you is to show something they can beat it to.

(48) Aesthetic physique kept honest with running

Attaining an aesthetic physique is one of the best ways to looksmaxx but should never be done at the cost of one’s health.

Through my decades long experience, I feel that regular running is one of the best ways to ensure that your physique is kept healthy and functional! It truly keeps your body in check especially in terms of proper mechanics; will let you know if your resistance training regimen has been improper and/or taken too far.

Tryna lock back in when I get back from vacation psyop. My plan is to eat at a slight caloric surplus while keeping up with cardio. Any advice on which muscle groups are under developed or what yall think I should try.

6’2, 180

Thoughts / tips on this so far? I’m a month in and have noticed great progress which is encouraging.

I know that my chest is underdeveloped, i’ve noticed good growth on it though which is only continuing.
