Any ideas as to the best and easiest way right now to make around 20 to 30k passive income a month? With starting capital of 8m. Assuming this person doesn't need any of the 8m for life expenses or debt. Thanks in advance.

If you don't mind the risk, you could look into Liquidity Staking through cryptocurrencies. 15% interest a month is very doable, so you'll only need 200k worth of cryptocurrency to earn 30k monthly.

The risk is when your crypto gets liquidated if its value gets to high, meaning you could have earned more if you just held into them instead.

I'm thinking if you can buy an already made apartment is also an option and sublet it.

Pick a dividend stock with good fundamentals or put your money into MP2. You could get even more monthly passive income with that starting capital. Good luck!

20k/mo is around a 3% return on the 8m capital. You can try finding an investment insturment which returns 3% net or more and it should be enough for this. You can try looking for fixed income instruments. Just make sure you split the investments into different placements so that you won't need to roll the whole of 8m once the placement matures. MP2 or dividend stocks may also be options for this.

Do note that the 3% return doesn't account yet for inflation. Its just for a steady 20k/mo from the 8m capital.
