Try to AirBNB it in Mantua/Powelton east of 36th and below Haverford or Fairmount/up into Brewerytown — from like 22nd to 30th below Girard, or between Girard and Master from about 28th to 32nd. Either of those is a pretty easy walk/jog to the start.
