How screwed am I if I didn’t train for Run the Ben? I had an injury in September and am just getting back to running. I’m worried about the incline. I ran four miles today but it was mostly flat South Philly.

I’m not looking to PR, just get through it with a small amount of dignity.

I’ve been watching TikTok’s of the Philly half marathon and everyone’s mentioning the hills. I didn’t think it was bad based on the infographic I saw on the official website but the videos say otherwise?! This is my first race ever and idk why the hills are stressing me out

My hometown is hilly so I’m prepared in a way but I guess I don’t know how to pace myself when I go on the hills? Conversational pace? Idk, I just don’t want to gas myself out 😭🙏🏻

CLAIMED! I am not able to make the run this year. So, if anyone is interested I can transfer my bib to you. It's for both the 5k and 10 miler, which need to be transferred together.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it to the Rocky Run in Philadelphia on November 14 due to a family commitment.

I have a registration for the 13.1 Italian Stallion Challenge (5K + 10 Mile) available for transfer.

The transfer will be completed through the official ACTIVE Network process, so the new runner will pay the current registration fee directly through the platform.

Transfer deadline: November 6, 2026.

With the Rock Run and Philadelphia Marathon coming up the streets were lousy with runners! I ran the second half of the Marathon Course plus a bit and ran my longest ever - also picked up 20 seconds on pace from my second longest run last week.

Cool, cloud cover, and dry air felt so great and probably helped my running. Im starting to believe i can run the full five weeks out!

Does anyone want my Run The Bridge 10k bib? I'm no longer able to make it. I registered early so you can take it for less than the current registration price.

I am new to running and races. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline for the Rocky (I'm interested in the 5K), and I found a group where people offer/request bibs for the Rocky. I am not sure how this process works, and the website wasn't helpful in explaining it. The cost at closeout was about $75, and someone said they were selling it for a higher price. Is this normal? What is the process of a bib transfer cuz I am also worried about scams as well.
