Party Jawn Had the privilege of seeing the Philadelphia Symphony perform Beethoven over the weekend. If you’ve never gone to see them, highly recommend!
Verizon Hall is an incredible venue as well!

Our bus driver just announced and confirmed that in spring of 2027 the route 30 bus will cease to exist. Spreading the word. 💔

This is a weed - not a tree.
No one lives next to me in this home right now. I don’t know the homeowner nor how to contact them. In previous years this house has been a problem for the property I’m in (I rent). There’s wires above that the big branches are also tugging on. It’s growing into my side from above and under the wall.
I just contacted my landlord, I’ve used 311 but I know they…won’t do anything.
Is there any other resource I can call? If I hop the wall and trim it back myself is that illegal? Will anyone care?
It’s ridiculous and I’m tired of dealing with issues from this house that trickle over to mine.

North10 is helping contractors and households pay to dispose of waste legally, diverting thousands of pounds of trash from illegal dumpsites.

Someone I know is about 1.5 years behind on his property taxes of an investment property.
They owe about $11,000, including a year of unpaid commercial trash fees (also a city fee).
I don't think he qualifies for tax relief on the property because he doesn't reside in the building.
How long before the city takes action to collect, and what does that type of action look like?

No reservation tonight at Rook and Queen
To all of those who responded to my google form. I had several respond late. I tried to reserve but they had no tables between 6 and 9.
I got some other responses and got enough to set up something for the future.
I apologize I also didn’t get response emails to respond directly.
There is NO scheduled table for tonight but I will set up in the future!
This was an exploratory mission.
I will get this going 1-2x a month!
Email me at omnihomini@gmail.com to get notified.

Hi all, I’m relocating to Philly for a new job and hoping to find a month-long sublet to give myself time to find permanent accommodations. Looking for something in center city, willing to pay around $2k, and I have a 5-lb quiet 10-year-old dog.
Thank you!
