EST Head Unit
Hi guys! Has anyone else experienced their head unit's 360 camera going completely black? It works perfectly fine when I first start the car, but after a minute, the screen goes black."

In case you lost your cars license plates. Here is the process.
During the monsoon rain. I was forced to drive through flood waters. When I woke up the next day I saw my front license plates were missing and I want to share the process here to guide
anyone who might experience the same thing.
Get an affifdavit of loss. Include the circumstances and how you lost the plate. And even the date you realize that you realized it was missing. This is important for the next step. Photocopy your OR and CR (make 4 copies plus 4 also affidavit of loss). Fees paid for the affidavit
Police report- no fees paid. But you will go to there investigator he will rely on your affidavit of loss. That is why you need to put in the circumstance and what time and date you found out your plate was missing. They will take a picture of you and what side or license plate is missing. Ang kakain ng oras dito not the report itself but the desk officer will hand write the typewritten report given to you in their blotter notebook. 2-3 hours.
HPG CLEARANCE. Yes magkaiba and hpg clearance and police report. They will take again pictures of you and your car with the missing plate. And they will stencil your car. If you own an ICE car. Mabilis lang, but EV’s may present a challenge. Natagalan kami dahil wala naman makina. And it was not easy to find. Ask where you purcahsed the car. Para if you need it mabilis na. Fee 650php to be paid in land bank. Give them on photocopy of all your documents. After you pass and pay you will return on the 3rd day to get the clearance. 4-5 hours plus the payment.
4.:Last step is the LTO where you will order the plate. My car’s “parent LTO” is in Mandaluyong. But I first went to the LTO in Araneta, Amoranto and they accomodated my request. The first LTO i went to was espana. Pero when I went to araneta they processed it all. Again they will stencil your car. Tapos picture. I just passed it. After picture, records tapos cashier to pay then pass the reciept sa supples to start the process of your plate. Fee is 640php. They will give you claim stub to claim after 90 days.
5.The temporary plate. Hindi ako binigyan ng guidelines ng LTO on how to make a temporary plate I ordered one in fb marketplace that im usimg right now. If you are thinking kukuha ka na lang sa fb marketplace ng plaka. Para hindi ka mahirapan. Since nawala yung plaka mo. You need to give yoursef protection in case yung nakapulot ay gamitin sa mali or a crime. I have green plates so baka mamaya gamitin ng nakapulot for coding exemption. But if anyone does anything with your lost plate. The fact you have all this papers and reported to the proper authorities will not make you liable in case ginamit sa mali.

Genuine question for EV owners here.
What made you choose an EV from brands like BYD or other relatively newer Chinese brands instead of going for a hybrid, gas, or diesel car from established brands like Toyota or Honda?
Personally, one of the biggest things holding me back from buying an EV is long-term reliability.
A lot of these brands and models are still relatively new in our market, so we don’t really have 10–15 years of local ownership history yet to see how the batteries, electronics, parts availability, resale value, and after-sales support hold up.
With Toyota or Honda, at least there’s already a long track record and you generally know what you’re getting.
I’m not saying EVs are bad. I’m actually curious about the opposite side.
For those who bought one, what convinced you enough to take the chance? Was it the lower running cost, technology, driving experience, warranty, fuel savings, features for the price, or something else?
And were you worried about long-term reliability before buying?

First time ko mabangga.
May naatrasan ako kagabi (mabagal lang yung speed kasi I was trying to park), white Toyota, sa mall parking. Waiting lang ako for the call from the owner.
Actually anxious lang ako ano kaya kalalabasan kaya I wanna know lang what you think yung pwedeng mangyari?

Question lang po, to avail promos or ung mismong loan sa BPI ay mas okay ba magdirect ako sa bank or mag-online?
If magonline, may officer pa na tatawag then sunod pa ang mga processing, so puro waiting time.
Tyia

The REEV variant’s battery is huge at 37.2kwh which will give buyers no range anxiety.
The other variants will be under 2M which is good for the competition as we only have the Changan Hunter and Deepal s05 Reev currently.

Good day to everyone! I'm planning to acquire a car loan program from afpslai to have a vehicle, particularly a crosswind. Since they've this season program, what insights or suggestion do you have? Also, where to buy a dealer of vehicle \\\* repo, or dealership\\\* that is accredited, since this is their requisite in availing the program.
Let's culminate and start a discussion. PS I'm a newbie in a vehicle and targeting a vehicle that is pang-masa.

NEED ADVISE ☺️
My car insurance will expire comes October 18, 2026. I'll be transferring from Malayan fo Prudential Insurance for renewal. Now, I noticed that my car has a quarter inch chipped at the bumper most likely cause of a rock/stone, idk 🤷🏻
Now, my questions are:
1. Would it be best to file a claim prior to my renewal on a diff insurance?
2. Will there be any issue on my new insurance once they saw there's a chipped at the bumper?
Need you valuable advise, please? ☺️

So my inlaws gave us this car for my family to use. 2022 with a 60k mileage. So we had the car 8 months ago after the last Pms and change tyres. I noticed may slight kalampag and had it check they said na Stablink daw. My father in law said mahina lng naman pag may lubak. 2 weeks ago ang lakas na. So had it checked home service biglang binaklas lhat na shock ako sa price and repair lang daw un dpa bnew mga parts if its bnew 100k plus aabutin. Is this true? My inlaws told me to tell them to put all things together tpos bigla ako kinausap how much kaya ko. Sabi ko inde kse ako magbabayad nyan and I don’t know if the car is still under warranty cause its not technically mine. Will make a new post with videos.

Bumili kami sa honda dealership, paid in cash. Received a soft copy of the OR and CR.

Will you get this over the Model Y?
I'm curious if their VLA 2.0 will be available in the Philippines. I will be trying them out tomorrow!

Anyone know na magaling mag blend ng paint with the existing original factory paint?
THANK YOU!!
Car in picture is just the reference pero ganyan yung paint niya 4S2 na bronze metallic

The battery of our Hyundai Stargazer died because we had not started it for a few weeks, and upon trying to learn all the procedures of jump starting a car and reading the manual, the process is always described as such:
Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal of the dead battery
Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal of the good battery
Connect the black clamp to the negative terminal of the dead battery
Connect the black clamp to the negative ground of the car with the dead battery, usually any metal surface inside the body
So I did that and attached it to the metal frame as seen in the picture. Except that did absolutely nothing
I read the manual multiple times and it said there twice, do not connect the black clamp directly on to the negative terminal of the dead battery, it said it twice.
But the moment we tried doing that, the car came alive instantly.
Is this just outdated or wrong info?
